OuEstLaCraie chapter 1 . 2/16/2008
HAHAHAAHAH! Best ever...actually made me laugh out loud.

Great job : )
Miss Courtney x chapter 1 . 8/29/2006

Words can't even begin to describe how much I loved this. I have tears streaming down my face from laughter right now!
Shellster chapter 1 . 8/29/2006
Dude, I’ve felt like crap all day and really needed a laugh, thanks. I loved that, I kept giggling and bursting out. You have to write another one of these, it was so frikin' funny. To my favorite’s list this goes. Thanks again for the laugh, I really needed it.
Kristen999 chapter 1 . 8/27/2006
“At any rate, you can’t really sense emotions. You’re just emotional.” Bugman stated with extra emphasis on the last syllable.

That has to be my favortie line. You do parody very well, it was re-living the Justice League complete with bad announcer type voices in my head. This would fit right in with the 70's and I think pretty funny how everyone picked a very similar power for Nick and the other cast when used..just means we are very atuned to the traits we see in them.
thatTaylorgirl chapter 1 . 8/26/2006
oh my freakin' goodness ann...seriously stinkin' hilarious! Wow...still laughing here...

okay...let me take inventory here...

Grissom dressed as a giant ant...

Catherine's powers to coddle or seduce...

Sara's electrical attraction to Grissom...

Nick's healing tears...and smiley face and cape

and well...Warrick...

I'm totally flashing back to the Incredibles...and Mr. Freeze...

Loved this in all it's insanity...

Now if we could only make it illustrated...would be totally sweet!

Awesome job on this one!
iboneki chapter 1 . 8/26/2006
Ah! I love it when you return to us. Oh, this is so funny. This is practically Space Balls for CSI. Or something. The whole silk exchange was classic. And I love how most of us used empathy for Nick's power. It's obvious enough to work. We love our boy. "At any rate, you can't really sense emotions. You're just emotional." SNERK! Awesome, awesome job. Come back to us full time? :)
forensicsfan chapter 1 . 8/26/2006
You do realize that this is brilliant. :) I'm not sure what is better, the hemp cape from the blind monks, the ant suit, the need for age appropriate clothing, or perhaps Hop's healing tears. All in all, this was hilarious, and I think you really should do a sequel.
somebody101 chapter 1 . 8/26/2006
Normally I stay away from CSI fics listed as humor/parody, but I have to say I'm glad I read this one. As opposed to so many others, your story isn't the dark humor that seems to be the only thing people like to write. I liked the various references to several episodes, and the interaction between the characters was priceless. Grissom in an ant suit... not sure that image will be gone too soon, and it could be a while for me to not laugh whenever I see him on the show.

I just help but picturing the old batman TV show when I read this, and it only made the story more funny. This was a great piece. Good work.
AmyMayThomas777 chapter 1 . 8/26/2006
That was so cute. I love the old "superhero" radio plays (this really reminded me of thoes) Hop along emotocon, cute, cute, cute. I laughed all the way through this story. I think it was sweet to give "Hot along emotocon's" tears the healing powers. This story was extremly well written in imitation of of the old comic books and radio plays. You captured the spirit of them so well. Keep thoes challanges coming; I am really enjoying reading them. I love this story.
kimonkey7 chapter 1 . 8/25/2006

Ann, my dear, why is it you're not writing more? Because this was perfection. I LOVED the Batman narration and all the wonderful characters you created with our CSI's. And the image of Gris in a giant ant suit? Hop's head buried in Cath's ample bossom? LMAO! And the wonderful Gap-toothed Herbivore...oh, Ann! This whole thing was priceless. Masterful. Fantastic. I laughed out loud on several parts.

Just...really wonderful.

Can I just say two things?

I have not laughed that hard since probably the "CSIs in Toyland". The rewrite of the "silk, silk, silk" exchange KILLED me. As did all of their names. Ah, I loved it. SO happy with this challenge. We have the serious, and we have the funny...and this, my dear, is as FUNNY. Awesome. Really.

P.S. Kim's going crazy until someone claims to be next month's ringleader. Any great ideas up there?
