I haven't read many Sasuke/Sakura fics considering I've only recently become a Naruto fan, but I have read many, many other fics, and I have to say, this is one of the most beautifully written one-shots I've seen thus far. You do a wonderful job conveying their feelings despite hardly any words being crossed. This is definitely one for my favorites, and I think you should seriously consider writing a sequel. Although, that's up to you. I won't hold a kunai to your throat or anything :)

When I first started reading this it made me mad at how Sakura was begging Sasuke again. It made her seem pathetic and weak. But as the story progressed it got better. Like thats how it would some how really happen. This sounds odd, but I like how the kiss happened. It seemed...right. Anyways, awesome one-shot!

There's something undeniably hilarious about the whole story/situation, despite its angsty and erm, adult nature.

Written with a realism which allowed it to rise above the cliche. Bravo!

I loved that. Sasuke was in character, which is quite a rarity in fics, and the whole detachment that comes with their weird dynamics was beautifully translated into their actions. I think if anything like this actually happened between these two, that'd be exactly how it'd carry out. Just like everything else you've published, it's a very engaging piece, wonderfully written. And when it comes to Sasuke and Sakura, that's exactly how it should come across, a little bitter, a little tainted in the afterglow, a little melancholic and although distant, always with a lot of feelings buried underneath the shitty circumstances.
