Oh shit.

One thing that sucks is getting to the end of an extremely promising first chapter, only to find that that the story never went beyond it.

This first chapter was excellent, with an interesting plot, engaging protagonist, and a suitably ironic method of death for a DLM fanfic. I am certainly saddened that you seem to have lost interest in taking it further, and hope that you will consider picking it up at some point in the future.

Great fic! I can't wait to see more! It's just like the actual series. Definately putting it on my favorites. Oh, by the way Water Block, this isn't the pet reaper. The pet reaper's name is Charlie and he was hit by a car. Lou kind of reminds me of him though!
