Now on to your question. ;) This could stay a one-shot, because it ends with the thought that Sirius will be staying there and cheering Harry up. Lets the reader use their own imagination as to what happens next. On the other hand, you could continue. It would be interesting to see how Harry's life changes with "Padfoot" around, not to mention it's hard to find (unabandoned) stories where Sirius stays with the Dursley's as a dog and helps Harry. So I personally vote for continuing it, when you have the time. )

Very interested in you continuing this! I've only found one story slightly similar, and it was abandoned. And in that one Sirius was still on the run, and Dumbledor wasn't a stuckup jerk. I would love to read more!

Generally I don't comment but as i avidly follow all of your fanfics I would love for this one to be continued. Its very good just from the first chapter.

About time, something happens for Sirius. Wonder if this would change the Dursleys. I do hope that Dumbledore get a really bad lemon drop soon. Continue it.

Totally continue! What a great start - and you've already handled Black getting a trial if he is noticed. Perhaps the tv crew filmed Padfoot and caught harry in the background with a bruise or something and Remus saw it. It may have cast enough suspicions for him to investigate without telling anyone...

oh very well done. I would prefer it if you kept going but if you really wanted to you could leave it as it is, its just that this is a really good first chapter to what could possibly be a wonderful story

Hello! I like your story so far, so please continue. It'll be fun to see how it develops and that little Harry will have someone who loves him in that house.

It's interesting. I'm not really sure where it would go though. If you do continue it, my vote is to just have one more chapter, because I really want you to continue the Growing Up Snape series. That's just my opinion, though.

This is a really great beginning! I do hope you'll continue this, though I'd rather you waited to finish You Broke Him first. We're just getting to the best part, and I'd hate to see it significantly delayed. I would really like this to be continued, however. I guess Sirius doesn't know he's free, though I trust he'll find out at some point, but until then I think I'll greatly enjoy the interactions between Harry and Sirius and the Dursleys. Go Sirius!
