Loved the story, the friendship and that everyone had a part in John's recovery: Ronon rescuing him on the planet; Rodney using science and showing bravery during the search for the plant; Elizabeth being at his bedside; Carson doing everything medically possible; Teyla keeping her calm presence.

| Moonloony chapter 14 . 12/16/2008
Wow, great story! Full of Shep-whump, Ronan-rescue, team-comfort, and a long story to boot! Thank you, you deserve a virtual chocolate chip cookie.
| casus17 chapter 14 . 7/29/2008

| Skye Scape chapter 2 . 5/4/2008
Ok... ok... so you shot him in the leg... that's ok. not too bad.. PLEASE DON'T TELL ME YOU'RE GONNA BREAK IT! lol. I've read 3 stories so far.. all shep!wump. All amazing... but for the love of god, leave the poor man's beautiful legs alone! I die a little inside every time I think about him having to spend 6 weeks sittin on the couch being bored out of his mind :P
| Sharpe's Hussy chapter 14 . 3/11/2008
All those unsaid parts and the parts where Ronon acknowledges
Sheppard as team leader, but ignores him in his desire
to help him...and all the other parts involving the
steadfast loyalty he shows just touch me deeply.
And BTW I would have given the same orders Sheppard did,
and had I been Ronon, I would have done the same thing
he did...so I am REALLY confused at this point.
Congrats on a great story!
PS: I also thought I would die LOL in the interchange between
Rodney and Ronon when they are looking for the plant that
will save Sheppard's life...
| Sharpe's Hussy chapter 11 . 3/9/2008
Thanks for defining Rodney so well...
I grew up in a family with a father who was like Rodney...
Like Rodney he was intellectually brilliant, but
interpersonally, it was a trying experience. How mom
lived like that for as long as she did, is a miracle.
He never showed concern in any way other than the way
Rodney does...and it continued until the day he died...
This is helpful in not only helping me define Rodney
who has annoyed me no end, but in seeing what was bothering
me about my own father...
| Sharpe's Hussy chapter 5 . 3/8/2008
This chapter speaks so highly of the dedication of Ronon...
I would give the order too, but like Ronon would not
You can't leave anyone behind.
| Sharpe's Hussy chapter 3 . 3/7/2008
He had no sympathies, no remorse for the enemy. Remorse only got you killed. The moment they fired upon him, attacked his team, took his friend, they became the enemy.
COME ON RONON!...
thank goodness he stayed behind because
Sheppard is in a lot of trouble...almost like being corralled
by the Wraith again.
