Well, I just started and finished your fanfiction todya, and I must say that I adore it. It by far is the best Pern fanfiction I've read. I can relate to Lystar, so the story become rather personal for me, as well. Thanks for this piece, really ). It seemed like an official story of Pern. Pfft, it totally should be!~

This one was very good as well. I like how Lystar got her job. Out of curiosity since Gilda raised her and the way her parents interact with her in a way. Did they have a small hand in her raising because they seem to be a bit different with their only child than F'lar and Lessa were with their son. Maybe it was different with him and Lystar but it looked like her parents were around a bit more than F'lessans were. Then again his parents were busy playing King and Queen to Pern even if they didn't want to admit it. After all FLight and Quest along with the other books pretty much show that Lessa and F'lar took over and began to rule Pern in a way that if anyone didn't agree with their methods they would be sent to Southern. This was good and I'm eagerly looking forward to the next chapter of Kat's tale. Will you be going through her mating to J'sor and them becoming the Weyrleaders that they are in these two fics?

What a tidy, nice tale! It is quite the nice little novella about a young adult finding herself and coping with her disability and with a bit of crime story thrown in!

Nitpicking: I'd like to have known what happended to those bandits and the undercover harper ... was he killed/ were they caught ?

That was an awesome story! The controversy surrounding Bessa's death (is suicide honorable? does it take courage? Was it really better for everyone? Such great thought-provoking questions!), as well as Lystar's struggles and courage... it was wonderful! Great thinking adding in the little shots of life in other weyrs, just to give perspective. I can't wait to read more of your stories! The only think I would change would be to somehow get to know the other characters more, namely, K'beth. It felt a bit fast-passed and choppy at times, but that could very well be because I read this all at once late at night. :D Anyway, great story!
