What a fun story. I greatly enjoyed it. There was a smidge of angst that made it interesting, but not enough that it was hard to read.

That was a fun romance. The concept of Jareth putting his pride first even as he wanted so much to be good to her held together well until the romance blossoms and he matures a bit.

Sarah's character went through quite a lot, so perhaps calling her OC wouldn't be correct since you did give reasons. Still, I couldn't relate to her as Sarah. I viewed her as 'inspired by 'Sarah' and it was easier to accept.

Please don't think I didn't enjoy this, because I did. There are many lovely elements and you've created a whole court and world here that I found interesting and you've explained how your organized castle could exist alongside the movieverse- Jareth is most comfortable in his chaotic throne room with just the chickens and goblins and that's all that was shown to Sarah the first time, but that doesn't mean that's all there was. I can go with that.

It was a good read. I hope to read more of your long form works!

Excellent story! You surely tortured Sarah.. I almost thought a bit much, but I really like the idea of how they were all three connected through the Labyrinth. I've always thought that her winning made her a part of it as well. Beautiful story. Thanks!

This was wonderful! I started reading and couldn't stop until I reached the end. _ I loved how you had so many characters involved and how it wasn't a simple plot of "Sarah returns and falls in love with Jareth. the end."

I loved how Jareth gradually became less of an evil idiot and more and more friendly to Sarah. Some parts were hillarious 'I'll eat our ovaries for breakfast'

I heard about the story from Pika on dA, I like her art.

I loved this! I love brave Sarah! She would risk everything in order to save her family. I love how all of the little things from the movie all stack yo against her, and turn Sarah into what she deserves to be. I also like that Jareth was not as manipulating in this story as he is in others. In this one, his love for Sarah is exposed in full force. They complete each other and you did a great job showing that.

Oh, and Jim Henson was a genius who is gone but never forgotten.

Fully enjoyed the story. Interesting look at pride and the hardening of the heart and the effect they have on every thing else. I liked his parents, they were a hoot. Thanks for sharing!

Brilliant story. You captured the beauty of their love perfectly. Your spinning of moonbeams and magic were enchanting. You kept the dark side of this story, keeping true to it's less than flowery origins. While I am not a huge fan of anyone being a possession, it made sense with the story. I am sorry this tale had to end. Till we meet again...

Oh, the confession of Jareth was a bit theatralic, but still nice. :-)

When they started to dance (both the pairs) with children in hands, I remembered something. That vision was so familiar. This often happens at celebrations or fests when it last till late at night, but noone leaves. Parents, family memebres cary children on hands during dancing. I often saw this at wedding fests.

Nice realistic daily touch.
