| electronic.neko chapter 65 . 1/6
Just so you know, I blitzed through this in one day. Well, nominally, it's two in the morning, because I couldn't bear to stop once I got close (by which I mean about 15 chapters away) to the end. Truly wonderful. One of my favorite Eriks!
In this chapter, I loved Erik trying to pretend Raoul "disappeared in a puff of money" and Christine taking photos of Erik by surprise and stealth.

Oh dear. That was such a promising start.

Ok, I did like the agreement to get married when Christine finally got it around to that point.
| electronic.neko chapter 52 . 1/5
Low blow, Erik! Christine deserves a good long time to nurse him back to health and to be furious. It's just not fair to push her to answer that question right now. I almost which that she would not give him what he wants - "I'll marry you assuming you survive" or something. His damnable impatience caused the whole situation. If he were less obsessive or compulsive, the project could have been finished without revealing the secret of what he was renovating in the building and without nearly killing him.

Oooh. I'm looking forward to seeing what his ridiculous behavior will cause her to unleash upon him.
| electronic.neko chapter 39 . 1/5
Good description of how wrecked you can be after waking up from a truly deep sleep, especially after being sleep deprived.
I loved the comparison of Christine as "a steel blade encased in a fluffy pillow sham."

Yes, I'm sure Christine would have been TERRIBLY disappointed had he resorted to murdering the musicians. Besides, it seems like it would be more satisfying to destroy someone by showing them up on their own instrument.
| electronic.neko chapter 34 . 1/5
Ah, that seems like Erik's cue.
| electronic.neko chapter 32 . 1/5
I'm not sure Erik can truthfully say he didn't threaten Reyer...I'm sure in Reyer's place, I would find that past intimidation would impart an implicit threat in whatever Erik said. And he must have been VERY intimidating to have trained Reyer to fear him so thoroughly in a single meeting.
| electronic.neko chapter 30 . 1/5
Hmmm. I do see Erik's argument. There are other artist, actors with reprehensible personal lives, but I don't know any who were mass murderers.
| electronic.neko chapter 29 . 1/5
Hahahaha! She literally slapped his hand! That might be my favorite Erik/Christine moment ever.
| electronic.neko chapter 28 . 1/5
Well, that was rather brave of both of them.
| electronic.neko chapter 25 . 1/5
Pfff. I'm trying to imagine what it would be like to be diligently working late at night, only to be bodily removed by the blackmailer that inhabits your office...
| electronic.neko chapter 24 . 1/5
Yes, the irresistible urge to kill romantic rivals is quite a bad habit.
I laughed at Erik's dry comment that "a man with platonic feelings for a woman rarely presents her with a flaming wall of roses." Quite the understatement!
| electronic.neko chapter 19 . 1/5
Christine has become quite sneaky.
