Just some notes from a non-native speaker from the Netherlands. coul’d - could; Then he came out of his bath - shower or bath; which is it?; she came to see, he was still alive… - see if he was still alive; again threat your life - threaten; suppoused- supposed; was the one to make her selfcontrol snap - which made; to breath some air - breathe; going close to intimate - getting close; exganged - exchanged; to real - too real; “So it be!” - so be it; nodded his understanding - nodded, understanding; “Yes, Madam - yes, ma'am (might seem like the same thing but madam is more often associated with a woman who runs a brothel nowadays); nor - not; Remember: - remember,; in the night- at night; secound - second, use word's spelling checker please.
It's nice, and innocent, but nice. I'm kind of catching myself thinking some expressions, such as "her man", sound better in German than they do in English. I guess it really is a language for stiff tea-drinking Lords.

Not a bad start, you certainly have scope to continue. When I was reading I thought some of the spelling errors were pretty basic, but then I read the authors note at the end saying it was your first English Fic - then I had to change my mind. I liked the storyline and you have done well. Just another thing, as Elizabeth is a civilian and John is military, they are not technically breaking the rules as they are not in the same Military CHain of command - So they can have all the fun they want. Just like Jack & Sam from SG-1. Keeping going, you're doing well.
