| Annoyed chapter 8 . 2/2
Can't stand constantly broken narrative continuity. Flashbacks are irritating at best, while multiple character points of view is almost a "close tab" worthy offense.
| Tr0g chapter 26 . 1/26
Good story. I continue to enjoy the character development, and the direction of the plot. Looking forward to the sequel.

Answer: Keep Sirius alive, Ron dies instead. Which leads to a Harmonious ending. Everybody wins!
| Time Lord Shapeshifter chapter 26 . 1/7
Rowling forgive me, but this story is way better than the original Order of the Phoenix.
| Noble Korhedron chapter 18 . 10/19/2013
Nice one Neville! :-D
| Noble Korhedron chapter 11 . 10/6/2013
Well, I wanted to know who died, but well-written is also good. DH disappointed me, T.B.H.
| Noble Korhedron chapter 7 . 10/6/2013
Well, I used to ship Harry/Ginny, but I'm not entirely opposed to Harmony ships now, they just have to be justified and well-written.
| Noble Korhedron chapter 5 . 10/6/2013
Cute birthday Ch. :-D
| TheGoldman chapter 20 . 9/11/2013
A slight continuity error on your part here that I thought I'd give you a heads-up on: Neville mentions his gran still being alive, when you wrote a few chapters back that she was killed in one of Voldie's attacks. Really enjoying the story!

This story is definitely darker, but well- it's war. I liked how things progressed in regards to action in this story (although war is not pleasant, it is part of the story). I honestly think a large reason why Rowling stretched things out so much in Books 5 and 6 was not because that's how things really happen/Voldemort would realistically operate but because she had a contract for seven books and she needed to make sure the war/story lasted that long. I can kind of get/explain away the slow progress in Book 5 (especially since I think the ministry's denial was in large part due to Rowlings intention to extend/prolong the development of war), but all of the Dumbledore/Harry interaction/the Horcrux tales/the war action in Book 6 was just not very realistic. Realistically, I think things would have/should have progressed quicker.
Anyway, I enjoyed this story. Despite the continuity issues, it's a good interesting tale, well written and conceived.

I'm still enjoying the saga, but I do have to comment on something that's been bothering me. It was an issue in the first of the series, but even more so in this one- continuity. I can no longer think of specific examples in the first part of the story (at least not at the moment), and I don't think they were as particularly glaring/as big of a deal as the ones in this story.
The two that have really bothered me are the fate/status of Neville's grandmother and Aberforth/Hogs Head. You say in a previous story, Abe dies and his bar is destroyed. In the same paragraph (or at least the same chapter, though I feel they actually shared a paragraph) it's said that Augusta Longbottom died. Since their deaths, however, you've had Harry flooing from Hogs Head taking Floo powder from a man who seemed to meant to be Abe Dumbledore (though Harry appeared oblivious to the fact). The more glaring/confusing issue, however, is that Augusta Longbottom is referred to alternating as dead and alive. First she's dead, and Neville seems to know it- then Neville intends to write a letter to his Gran-then Harry's talking about Augusta voting for Neville's seat before she was killed-then on the train Neville's talking about how Harry's stand in the ministry/calling the blood feud is all his gran can talk about- then as the train pulls into the station Neville mentions his grandmother again but this time it sounds more like he's speaking of her as she's dead.
Many of the continuity issues are not that big of a deal (oh- I just realized another, Remus and Sirius were shown Hermione's form via mirror and they say something about how they'll think of a Marauder/form name for Hermione, then Remus is surprised to see Harry and Hermione and is informed when they both changed- even though Remus was told after it occurred), but the death/life status of characters alternating really is confusing for readers. I know I've made continuity errors in the past with my writings (it can happen as you write over a long period of time)- but those continuity issues would really benefit from being solved.
And given that your profile says you're still working on the third story to this saga despite some difficulty and hope to complete it at some point, I might recommend reading back through the first two. When I get stuck/have trouble, I often finding reading what I've written already from the beginning helps me get back in the mindset and find vision for possible plots/inspiration/encouragement to return to writing. If you really do want to finish the saga (and I hope you will)- then it might prove beneficial.
Well, I just wanted to mention all that while it was on my mind.

Enjoying this saga so far. I liked the first part (but I finished it as I was falling asleep last night, so I'm not sure that I actually reviewed it. I really liked this chapter and the introduction of Luna, so I had to stop and review. I love Luna, I think she's one of the most under-utilized characters in in canon (Neville is too, though not to the extent of Luna). I'm glad we're seeing her again, and look forward to more of her.
