I very much enjoyed the story, and it was very well written. With that said, I felt the last chapter was rushed and too many loose ends were not tight. What about Sarah's immortality? You made it clear she aged regularly while Underground. Will this be remedied? Also, it would have been nice to include the child's birth and Sarah's coronation. I think a couple more chapters would have given the story a nice round ending.

This is disturbing, it's a love story about a controlling man and powerless woman... And everyone just seems to accept that instead of questioning it. She didn't chose to live with him and he ignores her feelings and yet she's the one apologising? It's abusive

I usually don't review a story until I've finished it, but this one keeps stopping me in my tracks. There is nothing wrong with it; it's just that it's so well done that I'm almost scared to continue reading. I almost don't want to know what happens. You know what they say about curiosity...

Another nice little story! I rather enjoy reading all the different perspectives you choose to portray, and the witty diatribe is always a bonus though sometimes I feel there could be an added layer of depth to the characters and the world you choose to build!
Particularly as your angst ends up more humorous drama, and your drama is oddly more angsty.
Still, it's quite good, else I'd not read so much of it!

You've got a certain flair for writing that is reminiscent of Christine Feehan on her better days or Katie Macalister
I honestly think your forged series in particular, if you changed around the character names, tweaked some descriptions, and edited here and there, you'd have a lovely little trilogy to publish as an original with a publisher like those aforementioned authors.
