| VeroSev chapter 9 . 2/3/2012
Very good story! Although to be honest I would have liked to see how Harry managed to be in love with a little Tom with his adult personality jajaja XD... I love it!

And I knew it was Dumbledore! He was absent when Harry woke up from Voldemort's torment, and he did tell previously that there are things 'worse than death'.
And I don't know how 'kind' 'light' Dumbledore could have enjoyed torture or thought Voldemort to be evil incarnate. What kind of personal vendetta is it? To attack a person when he is defenceless? Revenge doesn't make sense; it doesn't change the past, and in the future, torments of 'evil person' do not affect his ability to kill/torture people - confining to a place does affect the future, the possibility of 'evil person' repeating his 'evil deeds'.
So... Does destroying Horcruxes affect Voldemort's soul? Do they reunite with it, or does it get wounds?
What about blood-adoption or something like that, to make Voldemort the Heir of Potter family, and Gryffindor, too, in addition to Gaunts and Slytherin?
| Dragonanzar chapter 7 . 12/13/2010
Whoo. I actually recognised some of the books or authors in this chapter! First time so far. Ah, I recently did an oral presentation on an Othello extract. It was really hard, but at least it's over. I also love 'A Sailor who fell from Grace with the Sea' by Mishima. Interesting story. I have the feeling I've read it before, but oh well. I don't remember the ending.
| JaysInk chapter 9 . 10/7/2010
It was so f'ing good. Very original. I was kind of sad that it ended. I just wanted it to keep going. The characters were all done so well. I loved Ron in this. In a lot of Fic I read with Harry and Voldie, I find he's horrible, the one demential bigot. I really enjoy their conversation about forgiveness.
Also loved Moody's DOOOOOOOM. It made me laugh SO HARD.
So this fic will now become a favorite.
I lohe it.
| Moth Gypsy chapter 3 . 9/21/2010
this broke my heart into tiny pieces:
"I don't hate you."
"No." Pause. "I LOAHE you." Another pause, then, with an awful grin, "D'you know why I said hat?"
"No," I said, utterly baffled.
"Becaussse I know you won't torhure me hor saying it. I can get away wih hings, wih you. I hate you more, because I am ahraid," he creaked in that blank, monotous voice, which added a surreal note. "So I hate myselh most oh all."
| umbrella warrior chapter 1 . 8/21/2010
Very original. Love the moral tidbits you have in here such as how Voldemort breaking every bone in Harrys body could be considered a type kindness. Voldemort’s new speaking disability was another nice touch especially the phrase "harry lohes me." :].
| Debbie37 chapter 9 . 8/12/2010
Wow...it was an original story, for sure. All was well written and all the story elements were great. All the debate about good and evil and forgiving was a little thick at times. I like the stories that make you think about these huge philosophical topics without actually coming out and saying what it is...but this way was good too.
The title was very good, I didn't understand it before reading, but it was cleared up fast. So many writers come up with crap titles that you would swear are just random words from the story.
| Primer Dimer chapter 9 . 7/4/2010
This is easily one of the best pieces that I have encountered on this site. The insight is profound and delivered in a way that is entirely engaging without being at all sententious. Your scenes and encounters are extremely evocative. There are some moments of genuine strong emotion, but it is handled in an elegant and tasteful manner.
Your characterisation is exceptional both in your protagonists and your peripheral characters. You also manage to strike that balance between the heavy themes and lighter relationships in a way that is reminiscent of the books themselves.
Your writing style is superb and despite your excellent vocabulary, your writing is seldom flowery.
I did suspect Dumbledore about halfway through, but I did not predict the way in which you handled it. Once again, it was artfully done. I know I'm gushing a bit, but this was a sincerely great fic.
| xXxAlotLikeLovexXx chapter 9 . 3/20/2010
While I apologize for not reviewing every chapter, I will say that the only reason why is because this story just totally sucked me in.
I love the way you showed the human side of Voldemort and not just some total "monster" that some people make him out to be. I mean, everyone has to start somewhat clean, you know? Can't be all black and white. Just gray.
The story was confusing at times, yes, but in all of that confusion, I somehow find something out of it. Life lessons, if you can call it that. The way you made Harry feel more...realistic with conflicting emotions was just amazing. It makes him more human than the "Perfect" Golden Boy.
And for Ginny getting pregnant, well, that was just hilarious! This whole story had some sick, humorous quality that I love. Distrubing at some points, but I admit that it made it less...how can you say? Um...cleaned over? It made you see the dirt and grind. As for Voldie's speech and mannerisms, I loved it. It made you go "huh?" for a second and then go "Ah."
"Harry lohes me."-I love that, just so you know.
And the ending for some people might have been "WTF?" but I liked it. It was the tilt-to-the-head kind of ending for me. Makes me want to think why Voldie turned into a small child.
Probably has to do with the chapter title.
All in all, I just LOHES this story.
