I don't know why I never sat down and read this sooner, but here I am, on the verge of tears, and yet again I stand amazed. It's sacrelige that you haven't many reviews for this story.

Alara, I didn't tell you enough good stuff the first time I read this; I went back and read it a second time, and I practically swooned. The story's gold, that it flatters the Hell out of X-Force is just glitter. :):):)

Sad and somber, but still filled with Magneto's strength even in the face of unexpected and undesired silence. The opening and closing images of the violin, of his mother, are as beautiful in printed word as they seemingly were to his ear. A lovely touch showing your fine skill at structuring even a small, simple tale.
