| Ranekaera chapter 1 . 7/30/2007
Not bnad... it's nice to think that no matter the species, all mothers ove their children... but didn't Hagrid say "it's what they care about, having nice, big kids"? Did'nt the books also say that giants were just like that- bloodthirsty, kill first ask questions later?

This was very sad and touching interaction between Fridwulfa and Hagrid. I liked your interpretation of Hagrid's relationship with his mother, even though I personally don't believe that she gave much thought to abandoning her child. I feel like it would have been more instinctive to her to leave, as opposed to being part of a more complicated conceptual process.
This was very interesting and sad, nevertheless. Nice job. I didn't spot any typos or grammatical errors. Your narrative tone is great- and presents the story without too much hand-holding.
