Eek. Hate the idea that Allen scratched up his gashes all over again. And the fact that he has to be scared of so many things because he's been hurt so much. Seeing him foggy and drugged and so cuddly like that was really sweet. I loved the image of him in Mana's tophat.

Awww, this is a very sweet chapter. These two have fully accepted each other. Now they have a long road ahead, but still. :)

I really liked this chapter, seeing how both Mana and Rivka are working to help Allen... and help each other help Allen. They've already done so much and now they've committed to going all the way.

Mana did make a mistake there, but you can't really blame him. And he backtracked to make it better right away. Things are starting to work out. Allen's finally getting a bath. And a friend. And a name. Allen. Ha.

Oh. Right. That must have been a bombshell for poor Mana. I like how he's trying to fumble his way through all of this, though. He's not backing down.

Ha. I like how Mana's refrain "always keep moving forward" comes into play so much here. And then Allen is beginning to trust him more and more. And Rivka understands everything. I'm liking her more and more. :)

Oh wow. What a meeting. I liked how you set it up and we were able to read all of Mana's hectic frantic confused thought process as he begins to put together the pieces. And he's showing more than one out-of-the-ordinairy kinds of courage tonight. :'3

I really like how you've described him and built up his character from the posters on his wall to how he spends the weekends to where he lives and his relationship with his landlady. It really paints a good picture of him. And I'm glad he's /just/ brave enough to go into the alley.

What an interesting beginning. I can't wait to see how you write this one out. :)

I love this story! I laughed, smiled, and cried. Oh did I cry! Especially the last line in chapter 42 where mana died. And please know that I DONT cry, yet I WAS crying soooo hard! You are an amazing writer! Thank you so much for this GREAT story! I also thought that you'd like to know that I'v been drawing pictures off of your story!One that I drew was one with Allen on Mana's shoulders, wearing a large top hat.

This was an amazing ride. Heart breaking, tear jerking, amazingly well written all around. I have no complaints and no criticisms (though that could be because my eyes are super blurry right now). Definitely going onto the read the next installments!

i'm crying, i'm just crying. i can't stop crying. GOD, why did i read this? i don't want to cry. why? that was amazing, i couldn't stop reading this. and now i...i don't what to say. to see all the signs leading to this wasn't so bad, i've seen the manga and the anime. but when i read it from his point of view after Allen called him back... it was horrible, painful and i couldn't stop myself and scream for someone to save him...

I absolutely loved this story. I certainly cried a whole lot but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Allen was so cute. The bit with Cross at the end was hilarious. I liked the circus gang too. I commend your writing ability.
