They saw how badly Harry was injured and then saw Vernon whipping him but didn't take him to the doctors for a checkup? Hating muggles doesn't mean respecting or following Voldemort, he doesn't treat his followers much better than his enemies.

I was enjoying this until you decided to make Harry the heir of four families. And one of them having to be Slytherin? I was a bit iffy with the Tonks family basically kidnapping Harry, but I put that dislike past me. But this is a bit much. And than Harry hating Muggleborns and non purebloods? I'd imagine given his own experiments with muggles he would find muggleborns more as victims. :I

Using a word or a name as an expression does not infer worship. By your logic Doctor Brown from Back to the Future was worshiping someone named Scott every time he said, 'great scotts!' Or would that be a reference to the Scottish? Either way, if you dont like this usage of merlin then why are you reading HP fanfics? You mental midget. Also, pretty sure any sane person can realize the difficulty in declaring a 'correct faith' when there are countless religions around the world. Many have written manuscripts older than what we have on the abrahamic faith.
