|Reviews for Brother|
| Ell Bee Someone Else Now chapter 1 . 6/25/2011
Your usual funny, excellent, touching best.
| Harm Marie chapter 1 . 4/10/2010
| Nicole Silverwolf chapter 1 . 4/11/2009
There is something realistically sweet about this that keeps me coming back to it over and over again. Having been on the tail end of something similar once it's in no way actually fun to be that tired. I was never a huge fan of the original series, but I always liked the humans and Bumblebee's relationship. Your definition of brothers makes it all the better. Thanks so much for this!
| tomorrow4eva chapter 1 . 11/18/2007
Lovely story. Beautiful concept of brothers, there.
| Kellie Fay chapter 1 . 7/16/2007
Very very cute! I love classic Transformers and I love your take on them. Yes I could see if Spike got overtired them "taking care" of him. Wonder what Spike's dad would think.
Hey when are you going to go back to the DP Transformers cross? I wanna know how that one turns out. :)
| Lnzy1 chapter 1 . 5/5/2007
I cannot tell you how much I love this story! It's so cute and the characterization is fantastic!
| AnimeFan101 chapter 1 . 4/28/2007
A great shot into the lives of these characters. All thumbs up!
Now if I beg really really hard, and asked really really nicely, do you think your muse would indulge my craving for another chapter of "The Ghost and the Machines?"
| lucidscreamer chapter 1 . 4/27/2007
Very nice. I especially liked Bumblebee's thoughts about Spike being a misplaced spark that had tracked him down to Earth because he knew BB would need him. Too cool.
| Yoda's Padawan chapter 1 . 4/26/2007
Very, very good!
| arborial chapter 1 . 4/25/2007
This was so good. Sweet, funny and a little bit sad.
| Iniora Nackatori chapter 1 . 4/20/2007
When I first clicked this link, I thought it was going to be a story about Da Twins. What I find instead, I think, was far better than anything I had been expecting.
This was a fun story. And yeah, Bee's going to have to think quick to survive Spike's lovely temper. *snicker*
Well, 'til next story, this is Iniora Nackatori, signing out!
| Vaeru chapter 1 . 4/19/2007
I really like this, especially the bits regarding 'Bee's and Spike's brotherhood. I was grinning all the way through, and the part at the end about how short humans' lives are... you make a very good point. The transformers might make friends with humans, but those friendships won't last much longer than a blink of an eye for robots who live for millennia on end.
I wonder, would you consider writing a follow-up piece? I can envision Spike waking up and breathing fire about poor Bumblebee's plot to save the human from himself. Maybe Ratchet or one of the other 'bots could set Spike straight... I dunno. I'm getting warm fuzzies thinking about it. Pretty please?
| Readasaur chapter 1 . 4/19/2007
LOVE this story. In my humble-but-often-loud opinion, I don't think this relationship gets explored enough. The bond they share was one of the hooks that kept me enthralled. I love the way you explored and expounded on it. The closeness, the level of commitment, and the sadly sweet truth of the very real expiration date. All wonderful.
(Also, the mental image of a shirtless Spike didn't hurt.)
| Sylver-Star189 chapter 1 . 4/18/2007
So, slagging cute! _ I just loved it! Great job on capturing the essence of all the characters. props for the MASH ref too! Gotta love Hawkeye; never noticed how much Ratchet acts like him sometimes.
Yay! *adds to favs*
| Red Tale chapter 1 . 4/18/2007
This was excellent. A great way to get into the concept of transformer "brothers" which I think people generally keep trying to squash into human-type families. And I liked the Mash reference too, in watching that show I think a lot about Ratchet.
