I enjoyed this story,and I agree that it's surprising that there wasn't more slash of these two.(Ok,BLASPHEMOUS!)They so clearly had a chemistry that you captured well here.

Your characterizations of the two of them were exactly the way they were on the show.

YES! Another person who writes Jack/Assad! :D Awesome. You know, there really is a sad lack of Jassad fanfic around here. o.O I'm glad to see that someone else is brave enough to put some stuff out there. They're such a great pair with so much potential. The Nadia/Doyle people figured their pairing out, and they've got something going on. Why can't we get the Jack/Assad ball rolling? XD

I say we start a revolution. Or, you know, something like that.

I liked this one. Nice job with the characterizations.

My favorite line: "...he was willing to go over the fine line into illegal and immoral if need be. Assad scoffs to Jack that he expects the same thing, and that he doesn’t see such a line anymore."

And I can TOTALLY see Assad saying something like that, with that trademark indignant look in place, the one that Alexander Siddig is just SO good at. :)

I love Assad! He was such a good contrast/ parallel to Jack, a situation you potrayed perfectly. I was so angry when he died!

YAY! I knew you'd fix that lack of Jack/Assad joy. Great fic, but I do have something to say.

You made it seem like that they had established an entire relationship between them. I'm sorry, but I doubt that's possible in under five hours (although they had a few seconds in that house when Jack was getting NEKKID in front of Assad).

Other than that, fantasmical.

This was great. I loved Assad (sniff, sniff), he was a great character and their was great chemistry/tension between him and Jack. Shame is isn't alive :( Thanks for the read :D

You'd better update this. :) I don't know why I like this pairing, but I do, and I hope if you continue this there will be some, er, interaction (hint, hint). I mean, introspective drabble is fine, lovely even, but...:)
