| ziggy.uk chapter 5 . 2/19/2010
Action packed chapter! Thank goodness Dean decapitated the ghoul of Rebecca, good job Sam had told him back at the motel. But just who is the old caretaker and what did he mean by his words? And why did he take Dean's mobile? Am seriously hoping that it wasn't him mentioned at the end of the chapter.
Loved Dean in full on big brother mode; Dr Monroe at least knew better than to stop Dean seeing Sam, especially after he had filled him in on his injuries.

Hope Professor Garner can come up with some information about the amulet and what it means because it looks like Sam will be unable to do any research in the near future now that he has been almost shredded by Rebecca the zombie (or ghoul). Wonder if the church people knew she was the great great granddaughter of Thomas Harrigan when they killed her, or were she and her husband members of the church? Wonder if Dean will finish the salt and burn or decide he needs to get Sam out of there and get him to a hospital? But if the zombie is Rebecca will salting and burning Thomas' bones not help?
| ziggy.uk chapter 3 . 2/19/2010
This new church which sprang up in the town a few months ago does not sound good, and nor does Ezra Umholtz - he's definitely doing stuff he shouldn't. And how many of the townspeople are involved in his church as it would look odd if a whole load of outsiders suddenly moved into the town. Guess the boys must be careful what they say in hearing of the locals, even Georgianne.
Thank goodness they managed to get in and out of the church okay, but who was the poor girl on the altar, someone must know she is missing. And hope Sam manages to work out what the amulet is and the significance of it. Hope too the church members don't notice it is missing but as it was on the floor they might not.

Aah, so the hunt in Peru was nothing but a publicity stunt to drum up business for the hotel! Can imagine how horrified Maureen was when faced with Sam's gun, even though it was only filled with rock salt! And had to google corn dogs and elephant ears as we do not have them in the UK! They had barely arrived in Flatt Plains before they saw the object of their hunt and can see how Sam was somewhat amused when Dean fell into a freshly dug grave! The spirit or whatever it is sounds a nasty piece of work so they better do their research!
| ziggy.uk chapter 1 . 2/19/2010
Good start. Loved the way you gave us a teaser of what happened on Sunday and Sam being attacked by the spirit then went back to the previous Thursday. Dean really couldn't pass up the opportunity of stopping in Peru, Indiana, remembering they had a circus festival when Sam said he needed to stretch his legs! It was an ideal big brother opportunity he couldn't pass up but if there had been a real threat to Sam he wouldn't have done it. Interesting that they seem to have found a possible hunt with locals going on about a ghost in the local hotel, and if anyone can solve it, it will be the Winchesters. And loved how Sam tried to hide the laptop screen from Dean, at first I wondered if he was looking at porn until remembered he was going to google MSTK3 or MST3K (you wrote both!)! I googled both and it could have been either!
Off to read chapter 2 now!

Disclaimer: I like the toilet paper roll to unroll from the topside, I prefer a manual transmission car and I don’t like tapioca pudding, the consistency creeps me out. Oh, and I have nothing to do with Supernatural.
*Best disclaimer ever! Wonderful story. Really well told. I loved it!

It has been so much fun reading this story! You really know how to write down the boys feelings, which had me 'aww' -ing and gasping (when one of them got hurt) more than once. You did a really good job! I'm off to your profile now, to read some more of your stories.

Wonderful as usual. You just write beautifully and paint such a clear picture. I'm dead tired, but I made myself stay awake just so I could finish this story. Totally worth it;)

“You’re the best though because you make chocolate milk and read me bedtime stories.”
You have no idea how big of a smile that gave me:)

Ah, ok, I think that answered my question partly. Well, I've seen everything up to 'hunted' so far. Hope I can catch up on the rest soon and won't be in the dark anymore :o)
Thanks again for writing this! I sure had fun reading!

Woohoo, what a showdown! Great ending to a great story. I'm happy there's a epilogue though!
I got a question: What promise was Dean referring to when he told the necromancer that he'd let Sam go if he died? Did he make that promise on the show? Because, you see... *fidgets nervously*, I have no self control, so I spoiled myself by watching youtube videos and I already know that Sammy's gonna die and Dean sells his soul to get him back. (I can't wait to finally watch those episodes!) But it made me wonder if Sam made him promise anything afterwards. Would be kinda weird though. It's not like he's got a second soul to sell... *sigh*
Or were you referring to your own story and I missed it?
| tanpopo no hana chapter 8 . 1/25/2008
Good thing I'm sure that you wouldn't kill Sammy, or I might be having Dean's symptoms now. I still don't trust that weird guy though. You made it sound like he was being controlled by the necromancers... but I guess you did that on purpose?
Ok, I admit I have no clue where this is going. But I love the storyline! :o)
| tanpopo no hana chapter 6 . 1/25/2008
Yep, Dean should definitely start to listen to that caretaker guy. So is Umholtz somehow taking control over Sam? ｝*bites nails*
To keep my bad conscience to a minimum I try to alternate reading a chapter of you story and reading the stuff that I'm actually supposed to be reading. Sigh... you have no idea how good your story is in comparison.
Are you a nurse in real life or something? Seems like you know your way around all that medical stuff really well.
