I was shocked to learn that you didn't actually read Another Note, because your speculations match up with mine (someone who has read it). L stealing B's detective code makes perfect sense. I'm pleased with how you managed to put in his Eyes as well, how he didn't know what Shinigami were, and that they weren't red all the time, a common misconception due to the multitudinous fanart of B with bright red irises. (When will ficwriters and fanartists remember that it was stated in the anime that no one could tell visually that someone had the Eyes?) I'll be very interested to find out how his story ends.
Your descriptions of Mu are very rewarding to read, being a detail-oriented person myself. Never would have thought of half the things you've incorporated.
I wish I could be your beta! I notice certain homophones are often mistaken for each other, notably the oft-repeated "retched" and "wretched." And a "prostate" is VERY different from "prostrate"! XD Maybe someday I'll get a proper account...
Overall, I must congratulate you. I would never have the patience to keep going so far into such a story. :D

Wow...I am speechless. This story, this EPIC is truly amazing. And your enthusiasm for it; it's infectious! The sheer greatness, the concept, plot, everything. The excruciating details of the Trial, and the concept of Mu, it's all so overwhelming and amazing. Why, oh, WHY? Did you discontinue this beauty. I crossed my fingers and hoped that the story might wrap up by the fifteenth chapter, and almost cried when I found out that it's not DONE. There are not enough words to explain the sheer incredible-ness of this fic. It is truly an astonishing piece of work.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Continue this. You promised! Someday, come back to this and finish it for your avid readers who are no doubt, furious that it's left like this, and still devoted because of your amazing writing.

Although I clicked on the link that read "Review THIS Chapter," I want to review the whole story.

I've yet to ever find a fanfiction/novel that didn't stray from the actual characters and state of the characters.

There are so many OOC fics out there...or generally "good" fics that, sadly enough, can't keep up with their character depths to stay true to the series. It seems that, well, in most cases, for L or Raito to fall in love with the other, somehow, Kira must be renounced/taken out of the picture. I think that the authors who write these fics- although are in no way bad at what they do - can't seem to break away from that equation.

You, however, are the exception.

You've somehow managed to find a variable loophole in this problem, and, might I say, you use it viciously ... in a good way, of course.

This story has allowed the true potential/depth/personality of the characters to remain intact. I know you've had your bumps along the way, but, well, that is how writer's grow. And, christ, how you have grown.

All in all, this fic is wonderful. The visual aspects are just so amazing and easy to envision in one's own head, without "dumbing down" the wording. And, oh, let's not forget the progression - the gruesome, agonizing, nail-biter emotional progressions that are written so well, the reader feels as if they are the character, themselves.

You have a talent. Please use it to your advantage in life.

Wow... I'm not even a fan of LxLight or yaoi in general and you had me cheering them on. This story is flipping awesome. Everything seems so well thought-out and crafted, and I felt genuine sympathy for the characters. The tortures were inventive and educational, and Mu is a very interesting, if disturbing, view of what the afterlife could be like.

I love it. I hope you finish this one day, because a masterpiece shouldn't go unfinished. I know that life is very demanding, and writing fanfiction doesn't play the bills, but maybe some day in the furture you'll have time to come back to this. I have my fingers crossed. Thanks for an amazing ride.

Honestly, this was fantastic. I was glued to my computer monitor for 3-4 hours, just reading this. The quality of the fic is incredible. However, I'm disappointed that it's not finished. I understand that an author may sometimes abandon a fic due to circumstances, but I only wish that the romance between L and Raito would have progressed a little further. I think all DN fic readers should read this fic.

I strongly encourage that you update and surprise us all who thought this story has been forgotten.

*jaw dropping*…wow!...double wow!...this is…this is...this is such an outstanding unbelievable amazing out of the world story I ever read!...i am so in awe and amazed at such length of this story and the information you must required to make this story so awesomeness…I give you prop for all those research you must have done to make this story flow with such ease and comfort that it is hard to believe it is only a fanfic…damn, this story might as well be a novel bordering on epic…it is just that amazing!…again I am just amazed at how much information it has such as Shakespeare, the ideal of justice, the trials…heck the damn plot is so just awesome and complex and cool…which makes me stand in awe at your brilliance of it all…I just want to crack open your head and see what is cooking under there (scary thought, ne? but this just to show how much I love this story!)…back to the plot; totally love how you did everything, simply amazing…hahahaha…oh my gosh! I almost fell off my chair when I found out about that picture of L in Raito’s wallet…I couldn’t help but squeal like a crazy fangirl that I am to see it…of course, Raito said it was there to remind him of his victory over L…but we all know that is just an excuse; because deep down way down in Raito subconscious mind where his heart is beating, we know that he kept L’s picture because he care and regret killing L…and again I squeal like a fan girl when Raito in his first trial realized he didn’t have his wallet and when he found it again…yep, see how Raito reacts to it, you so can tell that Raito treasures L’s picture so very much…and my goodness, I was all giddy when L very sneakily took the wallet…and the way he searched through the wallet so purposefully, I so can tell he knew Raito has a picture of him and just want to verify it…now how can L knew about it? I am thinking it has something to do with L’s trial or possibly maybe something else?…now onto the trials, I just can’t believe you could actually think of such hard, shocking, emotional trial for Raito to go through…the Hands themselves is creepy and I don’t even want to think about it…oh and during that time before Raito rapped Sayu (I wasn’t really shock by it because i just knew something like that will happen when Sayu was still alive), for a couple of minutes, I honestly thought (and maybe hope) that Raito would ravish L instead (I am not even considering rape ravish sounds just oh so perfect to describe it between L and Raito)…I mean come on, Raito was feeling it especially when he touch L’s soft cheeks (yes I admit, I was the one who was cheering Raito there)…yep, i think Raito would have done it too but Sayu just have to show up…I wonder if it was actually true, I wonder would Raito have lost his mind? Hm, who knows?...again I must commend on your well thought out trials…they are just so amazing and totally complex, especially the last trial…I love it how this one led Raito to see the injustice in justice and you can so easily see the change in Raito (yep especially after Raito was rapped…yeah that one is still tough for me to swallow…I swear during the beginning of it, I was hoping L would show up and kick sai’s ass but luck was not my side…*pout*)…I was so giddy and happy when Raito and L finally met up; about dang it time too because I wasn’t sure I could handle another chapter of Raito walking alone without his L by his side…now what is up with L and mousetrap? Does mousetrap suppose to signify anything with trap or what? I guess only time will tell about that little mystery…you have no idea how happy I am when the awkward romance or should I say awkward feelings from Raito begin to arise?...i totally love the slow change in Raito’s feeling toward L…and I just couldn’t help but laugh at Raito when he couldn’t figure out what this unnamable thing he feels for L, especially during shower time (ahh reminds me when he was in L’s body, he seems to comfortable in there)…but it is too sad, we can’t get anything about L’s feelings for Raito…I hope soon we will get something out of L…and talking about L…two shocking things related L…first off first is B…wow, I was so not expecting that little crazy oddball there and he is now stalking L and Raito (too scary! I hope there is no more confrontation but knowing my luck, I highly doubt it)…and the second shocking thing was Watari is not looking for L…I think B was not lying about it…he is crazy but I doubt he would lie and I think L knows this too…and so my heart just aches for L…I can’t even imagine the pain he is going through…this whole Wateri thing remind me of Raito’s dream of L and Watari finding each other and then diasspaearing…my gosh, I have to hand it to you…you did got me there for a second…I was screaming no! And I was cheering on Raito for reaching L…so I was very happy that it was only a nightmare, which makes Raito not want for L to leave with Watari…I thought Raito was too cute there; as if he is saying no one has the right to take his L away from him…I really love those sweet and calm moments between L and Raito, especially when they play silly games during their lunch break…You really did more than an amazing job with L and Raito’s characters; so give yourself a pat on the back for such a beautifully amazing well done job with their character…it was like they have a life of their own, not meaning they were OCC far from it actually…it just means that L and Raito’s character is so alike to their own anime character…I can wish this could happen in Death Note season 3 _~ hehehe it will definitely make us fan girl squeal with such deliriously delight I am sure…you really are doing a great job with this story, so you shouldn’t feel pessimistic about the story not being in character because they are…they are simply amazing…so I want you to open that computer of yours and start typing away…because I can see your muse bored to death in there…I am sure your muse is more than ready to be let out and enjoy the world of L and Raito’s story again…I can practically hear your muse beggin to be let out…so you go and and update this story because it has been such a long time since your last update which was back in 2008…I know 2008! Very scandalous of you to make your readers to wait this long…it is 2010 in case you don’t know yet, so I think it is long overdue for an update from you…I truly and sincerely believe in your words that you will not give up on this story…as your new avid fan reader, I put my trust in you that you won’t break your words to finish this story…so please as a writer you must finish this story or if god forbid you lost your interest at least give us, your reader the courtesy to let us know that you are giving up so that we no longer hope and wait endlessly for an update form you when it is not forthcoming…so please have mercy and give us a sign that you are still in there struggling to win this hard earn battle because I am sure that this story takes a lot of you just based on this beautifully well written story…because it will be such a literature waste for you not to finish this story, especially not when you have come this far to let this story slip through your fingers after holding on for so long…I hope you are not mad at me for saying such things…but because I just love this story too much and I am too proud to be one of your avid reader to not let you finish this story…especially after L and Raito is just starting to get into their romance, the romance you are so excited about writing and us reader is so eagerly waiting for…which just remind me of something crucial about MU; something about finding that person who is searching for you…of course we all know L and Raito are that person to each other…so, the reason why they are not leaving MU, despite being in each other company for so loing, was because they themselves haven’t realize it yet, which makes me think, what will occur for them to make them realize that they are the person they are searching desperately for?…this is a very intriguing question and probably the key to the core of this story…so please please please you must update!...you can not leave us hanging like this…so please update soon! or just one word from you will make me happy, at least then I know you are still out there!...I wish my review do this story justice, but I know it is lacking and it is not even half of what you put in for this story…I can only hope you see my sincere thoughts and feelings about “True Elision”…_

First thing is first: TE is not OOC, and has in fact been praised by so many people as one of the best Death Note fanfic on . Ive read coexistance is boredom, and i know its fantastic, but this is so much better. I am not kidding.

There isn't anything I want to say about it, particularly. L is fantastic, Light is fantastic, B is damn creepy, and its brilliant. I loved the Lbutattoo thing with Light, i love L's hysterics to it, I loved the heart breaking moment with Watari not looking for L, and i loved in the previous chapter, Lights dream where he thought L was going to go with Watari. Ahh, its fantastic, thank you for writing it. And its so long, its taken me three days to plough through it XD Thank you thank you again. Not thank you for stopping there. Whammysres, who suggested this fic to me, is just as upset, as are all your fans no doubt, you havent updated in so long, but we dont lose hope!
