Honestly, I can't express how glad I am that you've joined this fandom. I greatly admired your Yugioh works ("Rewind 1" especially), but I'm sorry to say that as my interest for the fandom faded, I had little further motivation to continue to read its fanfiction. Death Note, on the other hand, seems to me a much fuller and convoluded story, with so much more potential for backstory.

I really love the way that you portray the characters, here. You have taken an extremely practical and realistic view, and I think it works out quite well. I would even say that your descriptions add more depth to the canon plot than it could have expressed itself. You really hit the nail right on the head!

One thing that I've always admired about your work was your adaptability and growth. Especially in "Rewind 1" (that wonderful novel of a story) it was clear that you, yourself, had undertaken an adventure in writing it, and that your writing skills had come along for the ride. It seems that you best yourself with every new post, and this story is no exception. I'm positively tingly with excitement over the prospect of hitching a ride on another of your intricate adventures! (and, of course, yaoi is always an added bonus _)

So please do continue this story whenever possible! It has so much promise, and I can assure you that I, for one, will follow it with vigor.

I really liked this opening. You wrote everything down very eloquently, i was impressed when i was reading this. Favorite quote: "But Kira still wouldn’t be resurrected, and if he ever did, it probably would have been in order to stop their ghastly music." I burst out laughing at this, the whole house was silent and then little, old me starts cackling, as my sister looks at me with a "WTF?" look on her face. I really would like to read the rest of this, because the summary was very interesting and i would like to see the details that go with it. Your characterizations of what people thought of Raito and Ryuuzaki were beautiful, I found myself agreeing with them. YOu must have given this a lot of thought...or i didn't give it enough. I can't wait for the second chapter! Good luck! Or rather, good job...eh, one of those.
