| Merlynnod chapter 2 . 12/28/2007
Loved this. The sentiment is so very familiar, that endless streaming of words that live in my head and don't ever seem to go away, the questions and answers and arguments that are always circular and always seem to have two wildly different answers...So perfectly captured here on this space. That ceaseless determination to believe that you can't truly hate the person you have become and all the people you can't seem to leave behind no matter how hard you keep pushing them away. You always need them, always reach back out to them, the endlessly maddening cycle never seems to break. Wonderful peice of writing, both as a character study, but also as a study of the human condition, the need to believe and the desire to understand the world about you, the drive to comprehend the nature of life and death and what comes after, the meaning behind it all.
Seriously wonderful stuff. ;)

Another great "peek inside" the thoughts of Dr. House. Wouldn't it be wonderful to actually "see" what's going on in there sometimes?. The "buzzing in his ear" was great in chapter one. Makes me wonder "which side of the coin" was whispering in his ear that day.
