Ahh, good update! Man, though... leave it to L to have intense analytical inner monologues running while in the throes of passionate sex, lol. :D I found his affection toward Light after he said his real name to him really very sweet.

I love their relationship in this story... it's rather lovely and tragic. I know I've said this before, but the idea of Light being L's greatest weakness is always one I've held as very beautiful and true, so I just love stories like this that so aptly explore such a dynamic between them. Poor L... torn between his justice and his humanity! :( And I like how Light seems to genuinely care for L in this story, too, although he is certainly not letting that get in the way of his Kira plans... which is really the way it should be.

I can't wait to see how things will turn out for the two of them here, although it will most likely not be a happy ending for everyone. D: Good luck with finishing up the story!

Great chapter as usual. I liked everything. There's absolutely no mistakes with it.

Actually...seeing L become extremely wary after what should go down as "blissful" times, It ...to me convey's a feeling of nostalgia.

It's kinda how people feel when they are guilty about things.

Things go so well...but you just can't help but imagine or speculate on how things would be if their lives were different...usually its in a negative aspect.

This isn't a bash or anything, but I felt in this chapter that Light didn't really have the greatest role...much less input.

It seems strange...but its fitting for this chapter.

I loved the infamous "long scene" at the beginning.

I think that it was very descriptive in the sense that it wasn't just pure smut.

There were alot of conflicting emotions in it. Which is totally great and on point...because let's be realistic: Light and L's relationship is very conflicting and complicated.

Well, things are getting worse and worse. For Light, that is. I don't foresee a happy ending. This chapter was very sad, because of L's thoughts at the end. I guess he's right, there really is nothing he can do.

e you updated this! ...*cough* Okay, my fangirlish squealing is over now. :P This was quite an incredible chapter, I don't think I could say anything I haven't said before. You're my favorite Death Note author for a reason. :D

Wheels are turning! I can't believe it's so close to being finished... and I have no idea how it's going to end. But I'm excited to find out! The pace of this story certainly has a way of drawing one in, and you've managed to juggle the various actors in this plot as masterfully as was done in the source material.

And, incidentally, kudos for writing a lemon that managed to hold to character development and avoid the use of tasteless slang. When poorly written smut abounds in this fandom, I'm always elated to see authors who rise above and raise the bar, USING sex instead of just providing meaningless fanservice.

The pain that comes with the ending of a story, a good story and furthermore when it's foreshadowed and the end looks bleak, hurts. This story is one of the very first DeathNote fanfics I read. It will be monumental when you finish it :)

Maybe even a passing phase for myself since few stories since have truly captured the canon L and Light as you have here. Knowing that the early parts of this story irks you and your later chapters have shown enormous growth, especially this chapter and its prose, you do deserve some heart-felt gratitude.

Thanks as always for the intensity of thought you put into your fics. And thanks for the elusive but ever sexy romantic Light. It amazes me how few people believe Light could pull off such a sweet-tempered, caring persona and at the same time be hateful and bratty like he does in this fic when the boy is the embodiment of poise and control. And anyone in his position(s) would find L irresistable :)

How exciting too to see the completion of something other than a one-shot too! Anxiously awaiting the day with dread and anticipation. Dread of the ending, but anticipation because I will know how the story ends.

As soon as Lawliet said he had something he needed to discuss in the bathroom I was like "oh yay, sex on a plane" lmao, exactly as the title you were thinking of. I really liked the end at the duck pond when they were adding 5 minutes for different things and then said they'd have to keep each other company. I'm really worried about Interpol getting to Light, and what'll happen at Whammy's, but I suppose I'll have to wait. I can't believe there's no new chapter for me to read though...I could've sworn there were 13 chapters. Now I'm sad. I don't mean to be a pest...okay that's a lie, I sort of do, but please please please finish this story. Pretty please? It's so amazing, I want to read more!
