The way you write about Light's 'guilty behavior' is very realistic. I like that.

This is VERY good written. It's kind of hard to think that it's going to be yaoi but... it's all the more interesting like that.

I am just rereading this awesome ass story of yours! And yes this story still leave me breathless and anxious for things to come. I really realy hope that you have not given up on this story yet! So please please pease please please update and finish the story! I soooooo want to know what will happen to L and Light. Who would be the victor in this game of theirs? It sounds like L has accepted his fate, he no longer wants his delf-identity. So therefore, L would not die from he Deathnote. Unless you want to make it like Romoe-Juliet ending where L and Light both died. Light dies from his excution for being Kira and L dies from the Deathnote because he finally accept his name Lawliet. Or something like that. Although if it was up to me, i vote for a happy ending for L and Light because they deserve each other and a break from all this chaos in their life. So please please please pretty please with all that is LxLight fan please please please please update soon!

Just finished reading the story and... wow. Everything was so IC and wonderfully written. I loved the bits of philosophy you threw in periodically... even the yaoi was perfect. If that makes sense.. No, not the sex scenes (.. which I skipped. XD). I love a good fluffy story every once and awhile but this was intense and-.. going to stop ranting. Please, please don't give up on it? :)

There's something about the utter tightness/bond/friendship/love between L&Light with the undercurrent of rivalry and death-wishes.

The duck pond&river scene is something I'll remember forever, I think. It's so beautiful, touching, light-hearted, etc; yet the tension is still so there.

I read this originally over the summer and just came back and read parts of it again. This is one of the best fanfictions I've read. Hell, this is one of the best stories I've read period. I really, really enjoyed reading a fic with so much substance to it.

Your use of themes is brilliant and very fitting with the way the characters are portrayed in the original series. Also I like your French Revolution comparison. I read that and realized how much sense it made.

Seeing as this hasn't been updated in over two years, I doubt it will ever be completed and this makes me a bit sad, but all the same, thank you for writing it.

Wow…double jaw dropping wow…this story is totally amazing especially with the characters...L and Light, you did such an amazing job on keeping them as canon as you can get…and I totally love you for it!...and not only that, but I just love how slowly their relationship develops…another great thing about your story is the information you use in here especially about the idea of justice and the French revolution…I really love how you portray L’s rising emotions over his name and identity…and I can just feel his pain and anguish over it...L was too cute and hilarious when he told Light that he chose the jelly…hehehe…poor Light had no idea what L meant at all…one of my all time favorite scene will be when L kisses Light to make him sick while Light thinks that L is truly kissing him...i just find those two conflicting thoughts hilarious…_…I have to agree with you that this story isn’t about romance but more about two people finding about their feelings for each other…but nonetheless I just totally love love love all those cute and sweet moments between them…especially that scene where L kisses Light’s hands on the airplane…_…and omg!...oral sex on the plane in the bathroom?...wow…it was totally hot!...and we all know why L did that to Light…L was trying to calm Light about being on the airplane besides trying to get into Light’s pants of course…_~…hahahaha…L reasons why they were in the bathroom for so long was hilarious!...gosh, seriously only L would dare to say that…_…the pond scene was just plain adorable!...gosh, I just wish they both are just like that, just Lawliet and just Light…another sweet moment was when Light let L hold him after the whole discussion about Kira being caught or not…it was sweet and yet so heartbreaking…and it is right there that I feel Light feelings for L almost waver…because throughout the adventure, Light was concern about killing L but slowly we don’t see that thought as much as before…but its soooo sad because L had made his decision…"I never wanted to go to Winchester at all"…I guess that means that L the detective is back…T_T…I really love how you portray L during this time about him being a machine and what not…you really did a good job on making L realize his decision…and now, it seems like the ending is coming near…T_T…I have many possibilities that could happen to L and Light and all of them ended in a not happy ever after…T_T…the first would be Kira winning, somehow he escaped from his interrogation and rule the world and of course L will be dead by his hand or other means besides the deathnote…but somehow I doubt that would happen…I mean who would want Kira to rule?...the second will be Kira being captured and die…which will leaves L being L the detective and not the Lawliet who went traveling with Light…or if not that ending then L regaining his sense of identity and name, so he died because Rem wrote his name on the deathnote…so both Kira and L died…see?...what did I say, all of my possiblies are depressing and sad…T_T…but that is just me and my hypothesis…maybe yours will be much better than me such as L and Light together rather in death or in life…._…again just love love your story!...so please please pick it up again and finish the story because I know it is almost done!...it’s been 3 years since the last update!...so please have mercy for your readers and update soon!...this is such a great story to leave it like this…we need to know what will happen to L and Light…will they both make it? Or will one of them die?...sooooo please pelase please update soon!...and I apologise for just writing one review for the whole story…but nonetheless, it does not make your story any less love because this story is just awesomeness!...so please update soon!
