Great story, I rarely review but after I read this I new I had too. This is easily one of the best oneshots I have read, and displays flawless charecterization that while maybe a little OOC completely goes above and beyond on new ideas. Looking forward to reading your sequel

That was wonderful. I think this is the first fic I've read where Neville betrays the trio to Voldemort. It was fascinating, wonderfully dark read.

OHEMGEE! I loved it! You could have described the scenery/characters better. But I love dark stuff!

A fabulous story. The way you've portrayed Hermione as completely devoid of emotion, and yet filled with the need of screams, is amazing. I had never thought of her as being like that. She's clearly insane, and yet, is she? At first I thought she was a vampire, especially when she described herself as being 'nearly dead, but not yet'.

She seems like some of the more advanced cases of PTSD I've seen. Empty eyes and hidden emotions, quiet introspection or emotions comping out at full heat. Ready to act, fight or flee on the slightest motion.

The 'heart imagery' was especially well done, giving Neville all the information he needed.

Hermione's combination of factual description and Luna-esque nursery rhyme type of imagery is both strange and frightening. Well done, that!

That Neville would betray his friends is a huge shock to me. I understand completely how he would consider it, but I have a hard time in seeing him actually doing it.

A well played out piece. SoG is fun, but you do this style so well.

Gosh! I can't believe someone can write like that. it was just out of the ordinary. It totally blow my head off and put my heart in another level. I loved it, how can you write something so horrible in a way which makes me keep reading. I'm not the person who likes to read ff who makes any of the trio look evil but then again, this isn't something like that. I really liked this piece and I hope to read more from you.

Personally, I thought it was brilliant. Quite disturbing at first, having Hermione turn into a bit of a helpless shadow of Bellatrix, but I think Neville's betrayal was my favorite part...he hardly ever betrays anyone in fanfiction. In short, really effing good piece of writing.

okay; that was brutal; i'm kind of glad you ended it where you did; because I don't think I'd relish listening to Neville scream.

It was well written, but I don't know if I like it or not, if you know what I mean.
