I couldn't enter my account here, don't know why -.-'
I loved this fanfic of yours... seriously. I was amazing... you really managed to humanize and go deep inside each character, showing another 'self'. I was amazing! :D
Congrats for this fanfic, it was truly inspiring.
| Aero'Phoenix chapter 1 . 4/12/2013
This was Great! The characterization here was spot on. I'd like to think that Kenpachi had these kinds of thoughts during the time span of the War. Unohana seems to be as understanding as they come. Great Stuff
| okami-onna chapter 1 . 3/3/2013
Wow, it's very interesting this pairing and your fic too. They're very different between each other but I think that your fic is very realistic, I can imagine the characters doing this. That is something that only a few could do. Very skillful.
| Accountclozed chapter 1 . 8/12/2012

| Fatal Mars chapter 1 . 8/19/2010
Wonderful! I love both of these characters! I love how sweet Uno was and how she took things in stride. Even though she isn't a main character she is one of my favorites for her calm nature. I must say Ken took the show with his conflicting thoughts of the relationship in general. I loved his inner turmoil and the part about the sword screaming...pure gold.
| Sergeant LemoOoN chapter 1 . 7/13/2010
Aww! This was brilliant! I love this pairing so much
will there be more? A sequel perhaps? Lol
| Ell Bee Someone Else Now chapter 1 . 5/26/2010
Happy to review, having much enjoyed the read. All really good fanfiction reveals some new truth about the canon characters. This Kenpachi is likely, given his wild-eyed mania in the canon. Here, though, he's much more interesting.
And Retsu, who could with little stretch be considered a hot babe, here is something more, something weightier: this is a woman who has had friends die under her hands, and has become wise from her sorrow, and from the distance it imposes on her. Wise enough to, with Kenpachi, open her hand, and see if the bird flies away. It might; she hopes it won't, but knows she is strong enough to survive if it does.
Whew! A lotta work got done in fewer than 5K words here.
| Tsavorite Garnet chapter 1 . 2/11/2010
Really enjoyed it. Deep and complex. Very beautiful. Leaves me wanting more.
| Diamond Mask chapter 1 . 1/12/2010
Loved this. My favourite parts had to be when Kenpachi kept silent because he was too embarrassed to admit he didn't know her name (and really, this is very much in-character for Kenpachi. He wouldn't be concerned with the 4th Division, so why bother to learn who they are?) and these lines, too:
"And a few days later, they consummated their young relationship.
It left Zaraki cold, much like tonight.
He felt cold every time she stayed with him.
He felt cold every time he got on top of her.
He felt cold every time he looked into her eyes, wondering why she wanted him so badly.
He felt cold every time he tried to tell her, but found the courage to speak leaving him as she pulled herself close to his body, snuggling in for an uninterrupted sleep."
I don't know, there was just something about these lines that was especially touching for me. Definitely a favourite
| A Lost Angel chapter 1 . 4/26/2009
A great well thought story, deep emotional stoty with just the tight level of romance and passion. Written to flow wonderfully to keep you reading.
| lovesrainscent chapter 1 . 2/27/2009
This was beautiful. Very well executed. Thanks for a great read.
| SithKnight-Galen chapter 1 . 1/23/2009
A very nice and complex story showing just how deep the characters involved can be once you cut beyond the surface. It was a very enjoayble read and I am glad you took this story in the direction that you did. It just gave the words and interactions that much more...personality.
