You are an awesome writer! This was the best Death Note fanfic I've read so far! I love the way you gave L a past and made it so realistic. It fit him perfectly. It sure did explain a lot! You really put a lot of thought into that, and I admire you for it. My favorite part was when L and Light were explaining to Watari what had happened in the closet. I couldn't concentrate long enough to read it because I was laughing so hard.

It's refreshing to see a fanfic focused on plot and the development of a relationship rather than sex. And normally, I don't like OCs but I found myself admiring Kamiko for looking underneath the surface of L, not judging him merely by his appearance.
