Actually we have no knowledge about this. The only Veelas who has used a wand is Fleur who is a half-veela. In fact there are more indications that they couldn't. Hagrid can use a wand while Grawp who is a whole giant can't use a wand.

I love your story! the only bad thing I could think of was the italics, and thats fixed, so I can honestly say I love everything about it. will he still be able to relate to ron and hermione though? I mean they all grew up and matured together, but now that harrys already grown up and mature... would they still be friends(did that make sense?)? and serius and peter? peter's still scabbers and serius is rotting in azcaban, will he tell serius who he is? I think he'd be a really good ally to have... and quirrel! is he just going to ak him or do something a bit sneakier? and speaking of sneaky, will he be in slytherin? please dont put him in slytherin! how long are you planning on making this? the longer the better! wow... this is the longest review I've ever written... update soon please!

I like the start of this story. It is far from the usual time travel/alternate story.

Certainly the knowledge and experience of Voldemort will play a big part, but how big a part will be the killer for this fic.
