It isn't fair, but sometimes the best stories are the ones that leave you speechless. My heart broke for Ron, being just another redhead, at the beginning, and the knowledge-recognition of Harry and the boggart. What a gut-punch surprise. The Snape red herring was a stroke of genius. it's hard to surprise anyone in this fandom, and you have done just that. Ron's PoV is tight and flawless and very him. I will probably be coming back to this again, but... wow. *Wow.*

I love it.

i should really think about a sequel if you haven't written one already.

Although I usually don't like Abused!Harry, I thought this was a pretty good one-shot. It's well-written and I like the perspective (jealous Ron who finds out why he shouldn't be).

I don't get it... Does this mean harry was abused as a child? Or that Snape was his father? sorry, it's well written but i just didn't understand what was going on.

hm...I can never tell what Ron's real personality is like. Sometimes I would think this is perfectly accurate, but I also think it might be a bit overboard. Is Ron really that insanely jealous? I think he'd be a bit less, but I don't know. Great story anyway.
