Reading about studying is about exciting as watching grass grow. This story is billed as adventure and AU, so where the hell is it.

This story is a real yawner

So, in MY head, Harry rips up the "offer" of a special project from McGonagall. She is incensed and tells him to stay after class to berate him for turning down her "generous" offer. He tells her that, the previous year, she firmly established her prejudice against Slytherins in general and him in particular, and says that there's no point in trying to earn her good will as it clearly will never be given. Walk away proudly.

Very nice ff, I wish there were more chapters or a sequel.
