Okay, it is moving along. very admirable that Harry seems to get in his ing explanations but fortunately as he corrals one of his listeners into asking for it.
what was this hissing on Quirrel's class? is Harry not a parselmouth?

ch1. for the amount of buildup the short exchange in chapter 1 with twins wasnt a lot.
ch2. at ned, Harry should have raised a questi I n, one if several I could think of.. did you know my parents? etc. iverall Inliked the clean conversations, but Harry seeems more the type to politelt ask a question whenever he can just like he will be quiet, not volunteering anything and always "fine" when he is asked ... at least in first year.

I think Harry's not to OP smart. 11-year-olds are often smarter than adults give them credit for.

If the teachers have modified Harry's memory of Quirril and seeing him die, well, sorry Harry, but I hope it comes back to bite them. I can't believe that trauma is erasable.
