That was crazy! The Haydens didn't even stood up for her after everything that Shira told her.

Oh I love it. I'm so so so happy sophie wants logan to adopt her. And I agree with logan I don't think letting shira help plan the wedding is a good idea. But where are emily and richard I thought they were suppose to be at the dinner? great work keep it up. :)

Oh you so nailed the Wicked Witch in this chapter! If the Shira Huntzberger from your story were really a person and I met her I think that I'd be hard pressed not to do her physical harm. I sensed she was definitely channeling Veruca (from WW&tCF) with her "Fix this" command to Mitchum.

Again, in this chapter, I found that I actually liked Mitchum and was glad that he held firm against his wife.

I loved that Elias was all patriarchal and set the terms down to Shira in a way that said "Play nice, or else." Of course, she won't, because if she did she wouldn't be Cruella-sorry I mean, Shira. But at least we see that the only real obstacle for them (as far as the Huntzbergers are concerned) is Shira and the narrow minded, self-serving, condescending individual that she is.

By the way I love your story summary. "When life throws you lemons, make lemonade. When life throws you Shira Huntzberger... lemonade just doesn't help anymore." When I noticed that, I laughed myself silly.

Great chapter! Several things I really liked -

1. Sophie wanting to call Rory mom & have Logan adopt her. That's great! And I'm sure Logan will be thrilled - I hope we get to see how she asks him and what he says.

2. Rory's lunch with Paris and Lane. You wrote Paris so true to character! "I can walk in a straight line..." To funny!

3. Lorelai being her maid of honor. I would have been disappointed if it wasn't her!

4. Everyone's reaction to the news. Yes, even Shiara's. It wouldn't be her if she didn't say/act like she did. And I love how Elias defended Sophie.

5. Rory letting Shiara help plan the wedding. To funny! I don't see this working out well for either of them, but who knows, maybe you'll surprise us! :)

I can't wait for Sophie to ask logan and rory about the calling mom and adopton thats going to be so great! Along with Honours and Sophie's talk which I think was my favorite part in the whole chapter. Dinner with Paris and Lane funny and Paris was totaly Paris which made the conversation even better. Love the dinner in hell especially Elias and Mitchum casue now they only have to worry about Shira. Plus helping with the wedding thats just an explosion waiting to happen. I can't wait.
