| Cooper Sterling chapter 1 . 3/25/2010
This was so intense... so good. I really liked the detail you put into it, and the way your carried over organic predators and drew the parallels to the Insecticons. And the way Prowl kept Ironhide safe.. So wonderful.
I would absolutely kill to see Ironhide's reaction to this the next morning..
| SoulOfTheDawn chapter 1 . 2/18/2008
Grusom! I love the detail you put into this. I'm a huge fan of blood and gore and not many people explore it in such detail. I'm very imprssed. 5/5
| Tatsumaki-sama chapter 1 . 1/31/2008
Beautiful imagery of the predators and their prey! Prowl is simply amazing, taking all the Insecticons' attacks and protecting Ironhide.
/One vaguely triumphant thought ran through his CPU as he began to lose consciousness.
Nothing left for the vultures./
I cannot even try to describe how absolutely wonderful this was. Great job!
| Bluebird Soaring chapter 1 . 11/4/2007
So glad to see you are writing again! I just got caught up on your fics and I must say how impressed I am with how you write all of the G1 characters so deep! I admit to being terribly worried about 'Hide and Prowl in this one, but you did a great job and the ending was perfect. Of course you could write another chappy if you feel so moved )
| Violetlight chapter 1 . 10/8/2007
The insecticons sure are creepy little bastards. But, they end up as Sweeps in the end, so what goes around, comes around. I'm glad Prowl and Ironhide didn't end up like that gazelle.
| CoraxOnyx chapter 1 . 8/24/2007
Oh, spooky. I think maybe we haven't been giving the Insecticons enough respect. The idea of feral machines is like something out of H.R. Geiger. Good story.
| Shadowcat9279 chapter 1 . 8/21/2007
I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Good job! :D
| Sing the Muse chapter 1 . 8/20/2007
I really liked this story. I didn’t think Prowl was out of character much. Maybe a little, but, I mean, a person (or bot) will think some pretty crazy crap when you are staring (a gruesome) death in the eyes. And I think that was the effect you were going for. There were some parts which were a little rushed and made Prowl seem a little, I don’t know, less than Prowl-ish, but it wasn’t terribly out of character. Over all I think you did a good job. I find realistic minded and mildly horror-ish fics like this a refreshing touch to the Transformer world.
| Tiamat1972 chapter 1 . 8/20/2007
I really didn't like this one too much. Prowl and the Insecticons were barely in character. The premise felt forced and the story was hard to follow. Surprising, because you usually write very well.
| Jason M. Lee chapter 1 . 8/20/2007
In a way, I suppose Prowl's morbidity of the Insecticons eating other TFs is along the same lines of how most humans view cannabilism. Although it's far too true, unfortunately...
| Roz chapter 1 . 8/20/2007
Dude! That's just such a fluke that i reviewed and you uploaded like that night! well i guess i promised - here's a box of cadbury's roses (i like the bright pink turkish delight ones!). keep on writing, waiting eagerly for your next story. btw, noticed that you like to start every sentence on a new line, any reason for this? great short story, can't wait to see more.
| OptimusxElita4ever chapter 1 . 8/20/2007
Oh! Cool! - Glad you're posting again! My second fic will be posted up (hopefully) today as well. Don't stop writing! :)
| Aidokime chapter 1 . 8/20/2007
And the analogy with the pack of hyenas works so nicely.
Always enjoy reading your work, PurpleAussie. Don't ever stop writing, and don't let the buzzards get you down.:)
| orgasmicgratz chapter 1 . 8/20/2007
oh my gosh that was an intense read. will it have a sequel?
| Anonymous chapter 1 . 8/20/2007
Very powerful, a nice look into Prowl's mentality.
