I warning you right here right now that if you kill Arryn and her dragon that I will stop reading your story. (okay I might stop reading your story.) I am glad our reviews kept you writing and I can not wait for the next chapter.

I am really glad that one of the dragon riders of perm did not go to the darkside, but was replace by someone else. How did you think of the fail safe idea for the bond between rider and dragon. I never would have guess that in a million years.

Actually, I thought this chapter was great; you had a smart, snarky way to allow the villain to reveal all her plans to the hero she thinks is helpless without being too stereotypical about it, the fight is believable right down to Arryn being severely injured - cos guess what, she tried to take on two armed opponents at once!

Also I love that it's Arryn's own friends who show up to rescue her, as oppose to Vell, or a bunch of bronzeriders. We haven't seen enough of them recently, and it's so nice to know that they're still right there for Arryn, and they're the ones she calls out to when she's in trouble.

Now... mushy stuff! Excellent. (I'm assuming here you aren't planning to kill Arryn. If you are, I'll... I fail to think of a suitably unpleasant thing to do to you, but I'll find something). And Sh'let and Parnileth are going to be all right!

A long break it may have been, but you came back with an amazing chapter. You've confirmed many things that make me very happy and given us a lot of information. Arryn is alive, though badly wounded. The rogue bronze isn't a rogue and can be reconnected with his rider as can the blue weyrling. The two who were doing this are dead. Finally, we know that Vell wasn't stupid enough to try and go back to save Arryn. An amazing chapter with a lot of detail along with the information.

Grea installment. I could tell from the previous chapters that while the telepathic and empathic communications might be severed, the feelings of both dragon and rider could not be touched and the pair would still love one another. That's about the only way you could emslave a dragon, by threatening to cause harm to the rider. And if you tried to force a second impression you would most likely lose the dragon *between*. As Anne once said in an interview, 'Impression works once. It doesn't work a second time.' That would be true for human *and* dragon. Looking forward to the next chapter with great anticipation. I want to see Zakanth and his rider reunited. As well as Parmaleth and his human. Can't remember the name.

Well I had back up a few chapter to re-read and refresh my mind, I do hope they find the real bronze's rider, and that Mav's rider well be ok, keep us posted, and thanks you help me find the words I was looing for to get some done I working on, to translated term into Pern ways. :)
