That first part of the letter had me choking with laughter!

this reminds me of another well-written passage, the one where Dumbledore subtly nudges Severus, and Severus says "maybe 2-3 years ago I could have done something about it but now, caught up between the two of you..."

This story shows Snape and Dumbldore flawed but caring about Harry. I think Dumbledore's idea of an incident was a very bad one. It got Harry hurt really bad.

You seem to have sort of a supper Luna which is alright. I did not like her dad getting bashed.

Were I Harry I would seriously consider Luna as a spouse. She would never turn her back on me if I was accused by that hair-brained Ministry of Magic.

I read this story in one day. I read the first part a couple of years ago, not knowing that there was a sequel. I am sorry for the extreme lateness of a review, but I thoroughly enjoyed this story. There were moments where I had to continue just to see what would happen next, and then there were parts that made me cry so hard that I had to take a short break. The ending was a huge, pleasant surprise. This was excellent. Thank you so much for an enjoyable read. :)

I cried while reading this chapter, it was so moving, between Severus' Christmas wish, Harry's reaction and Severus nearly dying...

But the happy ending appeased by aching heart. :')
I didn't expect Severus to be with Luna (but I'm no good at guessing that kind of stuff anyway). It just feels a tiny bit weird because of the age difference IMHO, but they seem very happy together and that's what matters! :D (BTW, Severus and Luna don't have any children?)

It really was a great story, a real pleasure to read. A thousand thank yous for writing and sharing it! :3

The last couple of chapters were a rollercaster of emotions...

And the last paragraph was like a punch in the gut. I love Severus' reaction, it was very strong and I felt miserable for him.

Still, I just LOVE the fact that yep, Harry isn't just accepting of how Snape suddenly changed his mind about him after five years of petty bullying.
A *LOT* of fanfictions gloss over that, like this "phase" doesn't exist at all, or pretend it can be solved with a muttered "I love you Harry" in, like, chapter 3.

I'm so, so happy to be reading your story, and so excited about it. I both want to read it as quick as possible, and savor it for weeks because it's one of the best I've ever read, I already know it! :)

I got teary-eyed when Harry broke down crying for his mum, with Severus comforting him. :'(

Brilliant. Wonderful. At times, heart wrenching. Amazing prose, with more than the occasional glimpse of genius. It has been a long time since I felt the need to read a passage slowly, word by perfectly chosen word, rather than consume them all as a continual stream.

Not perfect, but then only the Gods may create perfection - all else must contain at least one flaw. Yours are pretty small, I think.

I love your Luna. A line in this story made me go searching for a Luna meets the dursleys story. I havent found one.
