I knew this fic was on hiatus when I started reading but I did it anyway and I don't regret it at because its awesome and as long as it doesn't change to abandon I will keep the hope alive that I will get to read the next chapter.
Great fic

Its a little awe-inspiring that I've been following this story for almost 10 years and still find it as brilliantly written as the very first time that I read it. Not only did you incorporate Reunion into this work by showcasing the triplets, you brought so much life into Reno's character, and you even found a way to include First Tsurugi (and not many people have been able to write a time-travel story where Cloud's beloved sword makes a reappearance well). It pains me to know that I am left with a cliff-hanger! And I hope that you do post the rest of the story because I KNOW the ending is going to be a bombshell! I can not wait for the rest of First Tsurugi to show up and see the challenges that Cloud will overcome. Will he become an experiment again? Do the triplets have all the memories of their lives before the time switch? Will Aeris live? Will Red XIII and AVALANCHE make their appearances-and in turn find themselves back within the guidance of their fearless leader? So many questions indeed! I hope that this review finds you in good spirits and, hopefully, encourages you to UPDATE!

For a tiny second i thoufht you were going with. Cloud pretending to be Hojo from the future. I was... Hojo. That gave me a shock. Thankfully that was not it. And now laughing so hard about my own silly thoughs.

I just wanted you to know that I stayed up until four this morning to finish reading this despite having to get up at seven for work. I regret nothing.
I love your characterization of Cloud here: a grizzled, blooded warrior trapped in the body and life of a naive teenager. I really enjoy how you demonstrate his frustration with his physical and social limits, but also the wistfulness for what he once had/could have and the self loathing he feels for even contemplating what life might be like without his tremendous sacrifices.
This story ruined my life. 10/10. Would suffer again.

Man...I gotta say. Cloud really is a massive piece of shit in this. He's so horrible to his friends, especially Zack.

Ugh I keep rereading this it's so good, please please please continue!
