I really miss this story :(

Man oh man I got into this not expecting much and wound up hooked within 3 chapters and read the whole story through. I hope there will be more to this, but even if there isn't, this story is wonderful and a new favorite.

I love this whole thing! And this latest development between Miroku and Sesshoumaru - Miroku is so crafty and smart! He can see what Sesshoumaru is really needing. I hope this ends with a reconciliation between Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru!

Inuyasha is always my favorite character, but Shippou is really winning my heart in this story!

Just over halfway with binge reading this story, and I wanted to say that I love Shippou's characterization here and how he interacts with Inuyasha. Shippou is so funny and caring. This whole story has been exceptionally cute so far!

I am restless and I am in love. Your story is beyond beautiful. It made me laugh and smile and writhe in anxiety-ridden anticipation.

First, the setting. I love youkai hidden in our society. I don’t think it’s done enough. You have subtly built a whole entire world revolving our demon friends and I can’t wait to peak in more.

Next, our characters. I am absolutely in love with your take on these characters. Inuyasha’s gruff boy stranger to puppy-eared lover boy pipeline is just…it’s mastery. Miroku. Miroku as a charming, flattering flirt with a thirst for knowledge is so beautiful. I’m tired of seeing him as just a pervert. This gives him substance and a really interesting dynamic with Sesshomaru. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this dynamic in fic before and that makes this story really stand out to me. Oh, but the piece of resistance, the reason why this story stands out so much is absolutely because of SHIPPO. He is so often neglected in stories and in this not only is he a treat but he is a necessity. He is a glue for all our characters. He is a friend, an ally, an adversary—everything. I’ve never supported him more. Was it easy to convert the little shippo we know into your own mold of him?

Lastly, god, it’s the little details. Many times as I read this story I wanted to stop and gush about little things but I thought I would hold off until the end to give a more coherent review. Tbh, I don’t think all my thoughts are coherent just yet. I’m too filled with unbridled joy. Top moments so far…when Inuyasha looks at his face-paint-striped face, recognizes it as what he would look like as a full demon and saying it’s scary. It just really pulled at my heart. Top reoccurring happenstance?
Inuyasha’s relationship with the kindergartners. His paper clip collection? Absolute perfection. A detail that doesn’t add to the story but adds /everything/ to a character.

It’s been a few months since you last updated. I hope everything is okay on your end! I would love, /love/ to see this story continuing. Kagome’s finally learned about their demon ancestry, didn’t run away, basically got proposed to and as much as I like reading about Miroku and Sesshomaru…I would like to know what’s happening with Inukag as well 3

Four chapters that included nary a whiff of what's happening with our main couple. I shouldn't have worried about the pace at all.

Long time no see! I'm sooo glad you haven't forgotten about this little gem. I'm half-tempted to forgo reading now so I can read it all at once when it's finished, but it's been so long and the last thing I want is for this incredible spark to be doused with impatience and not get the fleshing-out it so deserves - which means that I most likely have quite a wait still ahead of me for the conclusion.
