Awesome Fic! I was hooked from beginning to end.

Wow, i just sort of stumbled onto this story and found myself reading it start to finish. It got very dark at one stage, darker than anything i usually read, but i was compelled to keep reading and now this story is one of my favourites ever (and i have read a LOT of fics)

Instead of just fangirling you, I'll tell you why I like it so much xD

Firstly, the way you slowly brought about the relationship instead of just having them spontaneously decide they love each other (which many writers for this ship are guilty of).

Secondly, I love that you managed to make Harry powerful without it being ridiculous (which, lets face it, yet more writers are guilty of).

Finally, I love that you told a Harry-centric story from someone elses point of view and got away with it! I think that's your biggest accomplishment. It was clever, how you had Severus witness key scenes in Harry's life in order to get the full storyline across, but left some things a mystery (Egypt, for example) so that he would keep some of his edge as a character.

Anyways! I don't review unless a story really meant something to me, so congratulations you're talented, i hope you're still writing. Thanks for sharing this story. x
