I just finished reading up to this point and I have to say I love it. Itachi ist someone who cares so much and it shows in his actions as a teacher. To make him a Seer ist a cruel thing to do, and I like the concept. I would Love dir this story to continue, even of the world didn't end.

This has a completely different tone than the last story. Even with big things like the massacre, IatPoA still seemed light overall, filled with new experiences and discovery as the worlds and characters came together for the first time. This story, however, was much darker and heavier from the very first chapter. It showed how much had changed in the year we didn't see, and made the characters, particularly Itachi, seem so much more mature. Every time we got a glimpse into Itachi's past, it felt like there was a weight on my chest. Even the relatively happy parts were filled with anticipation, waiting for the other shoe to drop. This eased a bit after Kakashi's visit and the knowledge that Sasuke was still alive, but that last line made everything come rushing back and then some.

I love that you made Itachi the divination teacher, giving such a severe individual such an inexact and frequently derided subject. I like the way he's able to handle Umbridge, all cool logic and her own rules. Her observation of his class was hysterical. When Harry threw his arms up and exclaimed "Woo!" into the silence, I very nearly fell over, I got such a visual. His interactions with Malfoy have also been fascinating. I wasn't expecting anything like that from the way they acted in the last story, but that just goes to show how much Itachi has grown up and is embracing his new role.

I still have so many questions! You've set this up beautifully and the pace and manner in which everything is being unveiled is driving me crazy (but in a good way, since it's so masterfully done). Thanks for sharing this awesome story.
