I love this: the two slightly different perceptions of events from two, on the surface, very different men. One who never stops talking (but frequently says very little) and one who is always economical with his words.

I liked the confusion being slowly resolved and what, in the end, was the significance of the painting.

Great story! I really liked how you did it from both Rodney's and Ronon's pov.

Considering I am a huge Rodney and even huger Ronon fan, I had to read this.. and I am so glad I did. This is lovely; it explores a relationship that is often left by the wayside in canon Atlantis in a sensitive and sweet manner without either character being out of character, if you know what I mean... congratulations, you brought a lump to my throat!

This was endearingly lovely to read; so full of negative emotions until the end, when everything fell into its rightful place. I just love stories around Ronon and Rodney and this was a beauty.

Yay - there was a second chapter I hadn't noticed, and just as sweet as the first!
