This story was adorable. Really cute. It's really hard to guess what a ghost wants when they don't show their face or tell you. But the fact that Snape hovered around just to help people is... well, strangely like him.

Well, maybe not like him. But being invisible while helping/herding people is like him. Always working from the shadows and what not. I think Snape holds a special place in everyone's hearts.

Yes, it was pretty rotten what happened to Snape-every body laid out, even Voldemort's, except for the person who saved them all (see what happens when a teacher tells Rowling her work isn't up to snuff? Lends a new terror to being one, doesn't it?). Even the normally organized Hermione didn't lift a finger. After all, it was only the Greasy Git. I'm glad he helped save Hogwarts again, but I still don't know why he bothered.
