Oh my gosh, you updated! This is kind of embarrassing for me to admit but sometimes I read this fanfic over and over again because for me, it's just that good. I really love how no matter how long it's been, you will always go back and update this story.

Okay so I have to be honest, I haven't actually read this chapter yet. I'm very busy with medical school and I think I'll only be able to read this when my schedule lightens up within this week (Can you believe I've had classes for 2 straight weeks now because we had comprehensive exams on both the last two saturdays and sundays of july, while still having regular classes on weekdays). So I actually just came and stopped by to tell you this update was the highlight of my week and I am so looking forward to reading this.

Oh my goodness ! Three words. Resign. Relieved. Ex-ci-ted ! Resign because that you had finally decided to cancel my top favorite fic. Because this story is totally worth it of this category. Relieved because now I know I haven't been hoping for your return in vain. Ex-ci-ted because the depth of character from Ulquiora to Rukia is breathtaking. Since Rukia was my favorites character from the beginning of the show. Sure there are those who were more prettier and even stonger female than her. But she is unique and I just so adore her. So thank you for sharing and believe it, you have talent to tell story. It would be a shame to let it go to waste. I'm just saying, so there's no pressure behind it... Well maybe a tiny bit. Lol.

I so want to see Ulquiorra trash Barragan using Segunda Etapa, his regeneration is such a counter to Barragans Arrogante. Btw, have you seen Ulquiorras Tercera Etapa in Bleach Brave Soul? it looks sick, I so wish Ulquiorra survived in canon and learnt it.

Grimmjow said around 4 hours I think, though that was based on the amount of Reiatsu Ulquiorra has and we all know he hid his true amount, other than that, I rate this chapter 5/10 for not enough "trash" coming out of Ulquiorras mouth.

Forgot to mention this but there looks to be GrimmNel in the works? I’m neutral towards this pairing so whether it turns to be companionship or more is fine with me. They both could use some happiness in their lives.

Ah! You’re back! It’s good to see you! And that omake, lol Grimmjow. Some way to comfort people.
Onto the details. I never fail to enjoy Ulquiorra’s pov because of how in canon he feels. He’s logical through and through but also softening up because of Rukia. Seeing the fluff play out between them and the growing intimacy was very enjoyable to read. My favorite part was when he was napping on her lap, it shows the explicit trust he has in her to let his guard down to such an extent.
When I was reading the ending, (such a cliffhanger!) I honestly didn’t expect Sode no Shirayuki to do such a thing, but as I looked back on earlier content, the foreshadowing was evident. She was definitely not happy with Rukia’s actions and relationship to Ulquiorra and their most recent interaction before Sode froze her implies that she was planning to take the appropriate action to “rehabilitate”, for lack of a better word, Rukia by sending her back to Soul Society by the means necessary. And Orihime would definitely not leave behind her dear friend again.
Onto Rukia. This chapter showcases her fighting prowess well and I especially like how you highlighted her teamwork with Orihime. Often Orihime is used as support so her potential for offense is often overlooked but I can see Rukia utilizing her strengths in a more versatile manner than the boys. No hate on them but both girl’s abilities require more extensive strategy as they aren’t purely brute force types of fighters. It’s probably easier to collaborate in a more creative manner as they face similar weaknesses.
Rukia’s high standard of morality is nicely showcased by her mercy to her opponents. You’ve mentioned you find Rukia harder to write than Ulquiorra but overall, I think you’re doing a good job. I think I’d bring up Rukia’s sense of duty as a Shingami more often in later chapters when she is back in Soul Society as she will be back in that sort of environment, not Hueco Mundo where she could stow away it away more easily. Anyways, I’m looking forward to see what happens next!
