Solid writing. Feels like you fumble Dexter’s voice and inner monologue in the beginning, but you’ve definitely stuck the landing by the end.

This was an emotional rollercoaster. Also, Debra finally realizing what the name of the boat actually meant was just perfect... Although, I wonder what she would think if she actually tallied up all the deaths Dexter was the cause of, because that is a lot. A wonderful story though, thanks for writing!

I just started watching Dexter so I just started reading his fanfictions. I really liked your story. It was well written. Hope this isn't your last. :-)

I enjoyed this quite a bit.

OH, you've written the Dexter of the books, and done it superbly!

/Perfect/ voice on Dexter. His snarky, dark narration is spot-on, and Deb is just as good, with her jello-over-steel personality just shining here. I loved her catching on to the boat's name. The brother-sister relationship is fabulously written too; I can see myself and my own big brother having a you-fucked-up-bigtime-bro conversation like this (albeit not about serial killing). The best Dexter fic on , I'd say.

Loved this. Sounded so real to me. I always have my doubts about how Deb would have actually reacted to the revelation about Dexter - I like this more than how the show went about it (so far).
