wow, i couldn't wait to read this one and you don't disappoint. the way you write dexter's inner monologues puts the same sh**-eating grin on my face that the real show manages to do. i LOVE this.

Wow. You really are good. Not only did you capture the characters to perfection, but your humor and descriptions were spot on.

... Wow. This was not only pitch perfect, but pretty much everything I ever wanted to see out of the (hopefully eventual) reveal. So glad I ran across it!

I don't like those people who review a story marked "Complete" and say "Oh, update soon! I can't wait for more!". They completely irritate me.

On that note, you should really write more of this. I'm so excited by this story I must read more. Of course, the rest would probably be boring because Deb needs time, but I'd read it anyway. I wonder how the workplace would react. I think... crap I forgot his name... the other forensics guy would take it hard. Actually, everyone would. There'd be like a mass depression thing going on. Except maybe Angel. He's good at keeping his cool.

I LOVE stories like this. You could write another one with one or two minute differences and I'd like it just as much. I can promise you that I'll reread this a lot in the future.

Omg, I imagined this moment for so many times... Deb finding out about Dexter, their father and, what's more important, about Brian. And this text is... almost perfect, I'd say. Good work.

This was a very interesting read. I think you've got Dexter's voice spot-on. The way he responds, moves and rationalises things is so accurate you could probably forgive me for thinking it had come straight out of the novels/tv series. Absolutely adore Deb, you've done a very good job with her.

This was the first Daxter fanfic I ever readed and GOD, This could absolutely be a scene in the show (or books)! I mean, everything was so in-character and plausible and there is exactly the same atmosphere as in the show!
