Hmm nice I like it though you mentioned he saw weights in the store so why not buy them? Unless you plan on Anko giving him special kinds or something. Also I think it would be cool if you had Anko decide Naruto was gonna skip Chuunin and go straight to Jounin after a year. Since in my opinion anyways a Chuunin is just a slightly stronger, more experienced, and smarter Gennin. So it would be cool if Anko decided to put him through hell and back for the next 8 months (which is several about half way between the next Chuunin exams and the chuunin exams after next). Then have him take the Jounin exam which I would imagine being a solo thing judging power and skill along with strategy. And in my opinion in 8 months with his potential, and his kage bushins and chakra capacity along with a teacher actually training him hard unlike the pervert Jiraiya who I doubt taught him a damn thing other than basic sealing over the three years they trained, oh and he weakened the seal by being an idiot and having Naruto try to use more of Kyuubi's chakra which he still can't use enough to do sh-t against Akatsuki, and Naruto made the Rasenshuriken in what a week maybe two once he quit using Kyuubi's chakra, and with his healing he'd tear through weights like tissue paper and become Gai's speed without weights and 7 gates open in those three years, and with a seal master there with him Naruto could have had some weight seals which enables him to remove the weight quickly in battle and also have the weight be more effective than just on the limbs he'd have it on his whole body. Ok sorry for the rant I get carried away by pointing out how much Kishimoto sucks and is a Sasgay fan boy...which is a rant for another time lol.

Romance between Naruto and Anko should be nice to read about hopefully you can write a romance that isn't bland or unreal, some people just click and it's possible Anko and Naruto do
