Reviews for And Yet He Flinched |

![]() ![]() ![]() Short, but so moving. You really captured what it means to be an abused child, and a teacher's guilt for missing it. And I liked how you brought in the Shrieking Shack Incident; it doesn't seem like a big deal in canon, but I think it had a very significant impact on Snape's life. This ficlet is a job well done, and I loved reading it. |

![]() ![]() ![]() I read this once before and I'm appalled, yes terribly appalled that I didn't leave a glowing review then. I apologize for being so lax and remiss in praising this touching and intuitive tale. I am very glad I found it again and was able to rectify that glaring omission. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Omg, this is SUCH a good story! It's so sad! I never thought of Snape in that way. He's really just a broken person underneath all that unpleasantness. Poor guy. |
