| Jaycie Victory chapter 78 . 8/5/2013
Awesome! I've been wondering how literal that proclamation would turn out to be. Bring on the ass-kicking! Really hope you update soon :-)

So. Flipping. Good.
| Caliax chapter 78 . 8/4/2013
This story is absolutely fantastic. I love the way you portray all the characters, including OCs. This story is so good that I have trouble reading other fics because they aren't as well written as this one haha. Easily the best fic I've ever read, keep up the good work.

Interesting - I wondered if the River/Jayne kiss had been Induced, but was what Kathryn's motive for doing so? Of course, either way there's going to be a wonderful fallout. Zero times zero is zero after all ;-)

This whole arc would have translated so well on screen...How I wish Joss could have filmed it!
| Jaycie Victory chapter 56 . 8/3/2013
I can't get over how good this chapter is. The reveal at the end, the long-awaited Rayne kiss with its spot-on characterisation, the callback (ha!) to Echo and to River's reasserting hormones, the incredible idea of Inducers, the amazing action scenes... My goodness, you're talented.
But seriously - are you military trained? Where do you get your knowledge of combat and weaponry from? How do you write it so convincingly? And things like the anti-gravity capacitor that Wash references towards the beginning, or the Widows, did you make those up or are they part of the Firefly 'verse, and I missed them?
I love this arc. So, so good. Thank you.

I loved this interlude! The descriptive prose at the beginning, the Simon POV, the wonderfully Firefly randomness of the puppy bounty, and the gorgeous character touches like Mal's irritated dialogue when shooting. One tiny con crit: you usually write action very well, but when Jayne jumps from the bike, it becomes confusing. It was difficult to visualise and seemed a little contradictory at points. As I said, unusual for you. But overall, it was wonderful.
| Jaycie Victory chapter 46 . 8/1/2013
I thought it was Echo! Shows what I know... It's interesting though: obviously we knew the Operative was very good with his sword, but I never thought of him as *that* good... Reading those wonderfully written fight scenes, it seemed it had to be one of the human weapons i.e. River or Echo. Anyway, this whole arc was just brilliant.

Wonderful framing device for this arc - just beautifully expressed. You make violence worryingly poetic :-)
| Jaycie Victory chapter 36 . 7/30/2013
Brilliant. You have such wonderful ideas and execute them brilliantly.
| Jaycie Victory chapter 34 . 7/30/2013
Bloody hell. Glad I wasn't reading the end of that chapter and then having to wait for an update! Brilliant cliffhanger.
| Jaycie Victory chapter 30 . 7/27/2013
Argh! You ratchet the tension so well! The crew must ask themselves how can so many things go wrong at once?
Also, love your knowledge of physics - I'd say it's more than basic! How do you know about spaceship controls? That Wash pov was so convincing...
| Guest chapter 27 . 7/27/2013
Ha to Jayne and Benny Hill! That's perfect. Loved the Indiana Jones callback when River shot Si Quan - so Firefly! You're very talented.
| DayDream Jedi chapter 74 . 7/26/2013
This story is IN-CREDIBLE! I'm eagerly looking forward to more. :)
