Wow! What a story, gutted that the last chapters haven't quite made it, as I'd love to see Harry's birthday surprise and see this end on a complete high. But I've been gripped the whole way through. Some if it was hard to read, and stirred up some deep emotion, and a few tears certainly fell, but to me that's the makings of an awesome story, one that sucks you in and you feel like you really feel the characters feelings. I really hope that this can be finished even though it's been many years, but even if not you can roughly see where and how it was to end.

This was entertaining! Snape is a bit too nice, though—he might give Harry a pain relief potion, but he wouldn’t take his glasses off or pull a blanket over him.
