I still feel she should have told Eowyn the truth immediately and have her help with a better lie to give to Eomer. I don't see how it would have burdened Eowyn too much, after all her leaving Edoras would keep Eowyn from worrying constantly for her safety from Grima. Also Eowyn thinking that she and Eomer had been betrayed by a friend would in my estimation burden Eowyn more than anything else. In times of grave danger and despair friends are valuable above all else.

I've just spent a weekend reading this amazing story. Absolutely wonderful. I love how all of your characters, esp. Lothiriel and Eomer, are flawed, human and stole my heart. My kids were teasing me about how I was grouchy because the tension in the middle of the story was so high. Lothiriel's dilemma with Grima's threats was breaking my heart. The scene in the caves was terrifying and Eomer's reaction was something I could empathize with, as a mom who has found my fear for my children flip into anger. I was so happy when he believed her explanation - finally! The wedding was lovely and the wedding night was tastefully written and fun. I also loved your many interesting side characters, including Wolf and his dog, Ceolwen and the twins. Looking forward to reading your other fanfics and your original fiction. Thank you.

Oh boy. Just had one of those "existential horror" moments. He talks about the guards knowing not to interrupt by now. Implying that /he has done this more than once./ *shudders completely out of skin*

Loved this story! Beautifully written.
I usually don't read Lothiriel/Eomer fics, but I decided to give yours a go and I'm so glad that I did! Thank you for writing it.
The blurb to your novel sounds absolutely intriguing! I think I'll buy it when my iPad charges back up. :)

I just can't help myself. I've just discover this yesterday and couldn't seem to stop. This is the third time I'm reading this! It's so amazing and it's everything I have imagine them to be and to fall in love. Very beautifully written and some of the lines are simply perfect to the point that my heart swells with happiness. Among all of your stories , I adore this one the most. Thank you for your wonderful work.

THIS is the most wonderful story! I have reread it the third time now, and it never looses its spark. So beautiful. I love how you are able to catch the drama and Grimas presence. Lothiriel is a touchable and realisitic character, and so are Eomer and the rest. I think this story is my favorite because it has so much to give even besides the great love story. The plot is packing and I liked how the war and its effects on people are shown from a completely different point of view. I have enjoyed the time at the Hornburg, and how Lothiriel makes friends and finds her place even before the battle. The journey she makes transformes her, and I particularly love the part when she has to deal with the Gondorian noblewomen. The change from being independent and able to decide for herself in Rohan and then her family automatically assuming that they know what is best for her and trying to take care of her makes me always feel a little trapped for Lothiriel. And of course, Eomer! He is great. There is so much feeling behind every interaction, for example his shouting on Lothiriel in the caves. Ok, I will stop now. I dont even know if I havent already given a feedback to this story. However, to sum up: I loved your other stories. But unlike "The abduction of Eomer" (which I love, and is fun and heartwarming), this story has more depth. There is death and grief and intrigue and a lot of love to fight for and it is unique. Thats why i read it again last night when I should have worked on my thesis.
I would love to read another Eomer/Lothiriel work from you! Maybe only a short story?
Gratulation for bringing out your first original fiction, by the way. Maybe someone of my family borrows me his ebook so I can read it.
Ok, thats all. Have a nice day, leo

Loved this story! I love how you wrote it like it all happened without interfering with the main canon. Good job!
But I was wondering, which language were you using for the rohirrim? It sounded a lot like German and Dutch (two languages I speak) and I could pretty much read or guess it without trouble.

That was so good! Your writing is just so enjoyable to read. I kept thinking as I was reading, "yes! This is exactly what I want to read!"
Also I have definitely fallen in love with Eomer a bit. Which is kinda weird. Cause even though I always thought movie!Eomer was hot, I wasn't really drawn to his story that much. Definitely going to read more of your stories! :)
