Guess I can assume they chose to abandon the endeavor entirely. A shame this story hasn't been updated in a long time, but from the Author's Notes I can assume you have a habit of updating very infrequently. So I can hope that you'll update this one day, at least. A fantastic story. Didn't quite know what to expect at first, but I'm very happy I found it.

I hate you really much right now! You kept this story alive for seven years and then just stopped? I'd be a little bit more understanding if you stopped writing altogether, but now the raging fires of hell have been ignited in my heart and they are roaring to break out. Seriously It's been a while since I found a story that I just couldn't get enough of, and when I finally did- it's dropped and with such an annoying ending to boot!
I probably wouldn't even complain if the story wouldn't feel like it could end in two chapters yet that's not the case... Now I'll be kept up at night thinking of what's supposed to happen next. Will Nia betray Simon and in term he goes completely cray cray and erases everything. Does Nia Die and the same thing happens again. Or do they somehow come to a compromise and beat all the odds? It's probably to much to hope for a ending where everyone lives happily ever after, or is it?
Anyways, since Nia can interact with computers can't she simply upload all the messengers to a hard drive or something and make something akin to what Lord Genome currently is?

Bravo. I must say this is a Gurren Lagann fanfiction I truly enjoyed. First off, I loved Simon's characterization. Not meeting Nia after Kamina's death has left him broken human being and you captured that perfectly. I also love that he isn't instantly better after meeting. Years of pain will require years to heal, maybe he didn't even want to heal, so Nia isn't instantly going to fix him. You can tell that he wants to be better for her though. Secondly, I thought the way you handled AU while still preserving the integrity of everything was spot on. I'd believe this could happen in the show. I see that it's on hiatus and I eagerly await more. And if more doesn't come, I'll just reread it over again. I'd understand if it doesn't get finished though; we all move on to other things at some point. I hope to see more and best of luck to you in writing.

You know, this story is amazing.
This chapter was freaking amazing.
This fanfic transformed into an epic novel, I love every part of it.
- your characters are so canon and alive (like Kittan and Yoko and Leeron was fantastic),
- there is humor, many parts are just funny, even unintentionally(- will you destroy universe? - not today),
- Simon is still so cool and tragic and this power inside him and his yearning for Nia - he is delightful, I'm glad he is so controversial among his people and it's interesting he was banished
- I can't wait this future drama with "all stars are ours enemies"
- och, I was actually waiting for a human colony, good there is one
Reading this make me fell like I am taking part in something monumental, something beyond my imagination. This is a great story, it keep me interested in what will happened and even space battles stopped be boring for me. The universe you created is so consistent so far and I believe there's still secrets waiting to be found.

That was very interesting chapter.
You very neatly and reliably described Yoko's and Simon's relationship. I was only a little surprised that they had THIS kind of relation. But truly, only from Yoko's POV you pretty well showed emotions of both of them, and a piece of presented world. Overall I'm exceptionally pleased by this chapter, how they were used each other and all Yoko's thoughts and reflexions, how she was involved and was craving to have some connection with Simon and her in general caring attitude.
